General manager provided horrible customer service and they took our money without providing the product we ordered. 11/17/2015 at 9 pm my wife and I called Domino's 1425 West Gray St 77019 to get a pizza delivered. The last time we ordered from this dominos the driver named Jordan forgot to bring my wife's two liter drink that she paid for. While we were ordering our food on November 17th my wife told the phone attendent that Jordan said she would get a free 2 liter drink on your next purchase. The gentleman on the phone asked for the manager to process this. The manager's name was Jarely. When we explain the situation we felt that she responded extremely rudely to us, and simply said there's no notes on the computer so we're not going to do anything about it. My wife explained that she felt she had been wronged and was upset that domino's charged her for the 2 liter coke without providing it. My wife asked how we could resolve the situation because the driver had informed her she would get a free 2 liter drink. Then the manager said there was nothing that needed to be resolved. This was very offensive to us and it appears that dominoes does not care about its customer service and is OK with the fact that they charged for a product the did not deliver. At this point the manager hung up on my wife without completing our order. This was extremely offensive to us and gives dominos an extremely bad name from our point of view. When I called back in to report this rude behavior I asked for the general manager. Apparently the lady we spoke to was the general manager. If this is the way Domino's chooses to run its Business I am extremely concerned about the customer service and the product we will get. If the general manager was so petty to hang up on the phone and treat us rudely it makes me wonder what else might should be...
Read moreI am a sucker for giving a places many chances to make a good impression but this location is by far the WORST that I have ever ordered from. Literally EVERYTIME I order from this location they screw it up some way! My last few order screw ups have consisted of pizza not being cut at all, breadsticks cold, paid for additional marinara missing, and the most recent(Tuesday) my pizza being delivered to the WRONG house.I placed my order online at 8:05pm, the Domino's tracker said that it was delivered at 8:45 so when I called the store at 8:50(while holding for 10 mins) the delivery driver called at 9:00 saying he was 3 mins away, I explained to him my concern because the tracker said it was delivered at 8:45 he said the tracker was wrong and his is on the way with my pizza, he arrived at 9:15pm. Now I am a very understanding person the delivery driver called and told us that he gave us the wrong pizza and the other was at another person's house and he was going back to get it.I politely explained to him that I was not interest in consuming a pizza that had been in another person's possession. I called the store manager and came to pick it up,she seemed to believe that we should still pay for this mistake that was simply not in our hands and I came to pick it up my self. I am disgusted with the customer service this location has, they need to just clear house it's a disgrace for all of the other wonderful locations. I love domino's pizza but whats the point in me ordering when the nearest location sucks...
Read moreI ordered online and my order was messed up, which I was okay with, because I was told by you employee by the last name Carter that my order would get here in an additional 20 Minutes, because I asked if it would take 20 minites to re-make or to be delivered and delivered was confirmed. After 40 minutes went by I called back and waited 3 minutes hearing the machine over abd over abd the call was picked up and hung uo. I called again and another employee answered, then placed me on hold and Mr. Carter or Ms. I am not sure, said it should get here in 5 minutes and they were backed up. I corrected him/her and said that it was because my order was incorrect the first time. Your employee then said I didn't have to scream, which I did not, I am latin trust me it would be noticeable! I told that employee I was not screaming I was just hungry and repeated the time expectation I was given by him/her. The employee proceeded to tell me he was trying to fix it and arguing about "if are just going to try and bring up what happened"....obviously I am, I am a paying customer and have worked in customer service for over ten years. Smartassing or being defensive is not in the job description especially when you mess up and are dealing with an upset customer!!!! Learn to give realistic expectations to undo you F-ups and people will not have to remind you of how you messed ip in the...
