Our family ordered and paid online and had a wait time of 30-40 minutes which was unusual, but understandable. We received a phone call 40 minutes later from Ms. Claudette notifying us that the store had run out of large pizza crust and that they've run out daily since the winter storm. Okay, things happen.
We asked if there could be an accommodation of maybe a $10 gift card for our next order or maybe if 2 mediums could be made in lieu of not having large crust. Ms. Claudette told us that Mr. Saul Diaz, the manager, was on vacation, advised the team to ONLY offer customers thin crust or to cancel. No additional opportunities to ensure that customers come back to or order from this location.
Ms. Claudette then told me that it would take 5-7 business days for our refund and asked me to call my bank to tell them that I'd talked to her to get the refund. I explained to her that it's not that easy and that the ban would need proof that we'd spoken. I suggested that their system should not allow online ordering and direct customers to call in to order, as this would give customers options upfront. I also explained that if Domino's is willing to replace a dropped pizza per their commercial, they could definitely have a better solution in place for this.
Many people are still recovering from the winter storm and the last thing they need is to have money 'on hold' for a product that they can't receive while still having to make the same amount of purchase or more elsewhere. We were simply trying to support a local Domino's pizza and this support will not...
Read moreIts been almost 2 hrs since I ordered cheesy bread and 8 damn wings. I called the store and spoke to Adhemir. Told me the driver had my delivery and 1 more. That was over an hour ago. I look on the tracker and it says my order has been delivered. Uh no it hasn't. I guess since this time I'm paying cash they want to play games. I'm glad I didn't use my damn card. Between dominoes and pizza hut on Bellfort, I'm not sure who is worse. Ugh!
Update! So after I waited and finally called to speak to a manager, he stated that the food went to another apartment. I told him the driver went to the wrong apartment and asked if the apartment was incorrect, WHY didn't anyone call me. As frustrated and upset I am at the lack of customer service, as well as the inconsistent food that is always being delivered how was he going to fix the issue? He kept trying to give excuses which I stated to him I only wanted to know why wasnt I called and what was he going to do to fix it He then asks me am I calmed down yet which immediately pissed me off even more. After refusing to answer my questions he hangs up in my face. When I call back they send my call to the repeat message saying someone would answer the phone. I was so pissed that I had already grabbed my keys before calming myself down to realize that it wasnt worth it. They will never receive my business again and I will be in contact with corporate...
Read moreI went to pick up pizza for my family today in a rush right after work. I did not notice the small sign that said only one person inside ( I apologize). As I was inside, more than 6 ft away (with a mask on and gloves on) from the person ordering I hear one of the workers inside talk “mess” about me. As soon as I heard that I went outside, noticed the sign and waited. Once it was my turn, the lady made me repeat the name of the person ordering the pizza about 4-5 times, making very rude facial expressions. When she noticed that the pizza had been ordered minutes before I got there she proceeded to complain about me taking a long time and other stuff. I took time because I was passing out packets of work to parents at the school I work for. And considering the fact that I’ve had to wait 30+ mins for my pizza before. I don’t think it’s very nice to be rude to the client or try to talk behind their back when you can clearly hear them. I get that working during this pandemic can be hard, but y’all are not the only ones going through this or being stressed. Definitely not coming back to this location since it’s not the first time I’ve had a...
