Absolutely HORRIBLE service. I just went into this location today to order a thin crust pizza with LIGHT cheese. Unfortunately, my pizza had EXTRA cheese so when I rated the pizza on the website I gave it a 1 star and explained my annoyance. Swiftly after writing my review I received a call from the manager. She said her name was Jennifer and she was the manager of dominoes. Since I was not interested in speaking I hung up the phone. After I hung up she SPAMMED called me! Once I finally answered the phone she called to lecture me on the amount of cheese thats supposed to be on a pizza and how I shouldn't have left the review. Honestly, this whole situation is so bizarre and makes no since to me. Who promoted this woman "Jennifer" to be a manager??? They couldn't have had any other applicants for the position because she is just horrible. She is completely unprofessional in the event that she spammed called a PAYING CUSTOMER because she did not appreciate a review. Read moreOrder placed at 4:58pm on a weekday evening; estimated delivery was “29-39 minutes”. Pizza tracker says pizza out of the oven at 5:30pm. Order delivered at 7:33pm. By that time I had left the house for a 7pm appointment - I thought ordering before 5pm would give me plenty of time to receive the pizza. The only mildly entertaining part was that I could see on my home camera that raccoons and a possum got the pizza instead! 🙃 I understand being understaffed during these times, but is there no way to suspend ordering if the volume is too high? I prepaid, attempted to call the store multiple times to cancel the order (never any answer), submitted a Delivery Insurance claim that evening but never received a response, and now it says I am outside the timeframe to file an issue. If you have to order from here, I would not prepay, as you’ll have trouble getting a refund for a pizza delivered 2.5 hours later. I placed an online order, received no updates, and the payment was immediately processed, yet the order was never delivered. When I called to address the issue, I was repeatedly placed on hold for over an hour, and the manager refused to provide any meaningful support or even a corporate contact number for further assistance.
After finally speaking with someone, I was informed it would take two more hours to receive my order—an unreasonable delay for any establishment. I canceled the order, but was told it would take 3–5 business days for a refund to process, leaving me without both the product and my money.
This location consistently demonstrates poor customer service, a lack of accountability, and mismanagement of orders. Domino’s corporate should review this store’s practices, as experiences like this erode customer trust...
