I go to this location almost daily!! I’ve always had issues paying with my Discover card on my iPhone so I transfer to form that same card to my Apple Pay. I downloaded the app after a while and paid with that instead. It worked until today. This morning 8:06, the lady that scanned my app twice said it wasn’t working. Surprisingly! I had to again transfer from the same debit card after I asked for the total. I see this lady responds to someone on the speaker in which she said: it’s the same customer (that’s what I heard) The other lady I assume she responded to always gets bothered when my payment doesn’t go through, I saw her when she got off her car straight in the store! Old hispanic lady with straight black/grayish hair! Called corporate about the payment issue. Won’t be going here again! I was a regular paying $14 per bowl. I feel ashamed when I actually do have the money to pay! Not anymore! I hope she is not...

Read moreMost terrible experience at a smoothie king. I went in on Free Upsize Friday and ordered a medium smoothie. The cashier David told me that it takes off $1. But the price difference between the small and medium is more than $1. I shrugged it off until I noticed I was charged a price that wasn't even on the menu board. I asked the shift leader, Leticia and she said its corporate. I went back to ask David something and she jumped in to tell him "Don't respond to her, just ignore her." Feeling disrespected, I threw away the smoothie and asked for my money back.
