KEEP WALKING..

We've seen them around town and tried out this location while at the park. We ordered two fruit bowls and juice. Two of the three items we ordered included pineapple.

After paying, I sat nearby to wait, but I was called back shortly after to let me know they "have a whole pineapple" but I was asked if I'd settle for something so she didn't "..have to cut a whole new pineapple" (WOW!!)

I was confused and even more surprised when my wife said they told her that they "ran out of pineapple" for her bowl while I was away. Instead of cutting the pineapple they cut a few large pieces of cucumber to fill in the bowl and basically insisted that I settle for something else.

It get worse, we ordered a couple bottled waters. My 4 year old was hot and thirsty so I immediately opened it and gave it so him without hesitation. He took a drink and told me "the water stink". I then took a drink and smelled it. It smelled horrendous and had a rust colored substance at the bottom of the bottle. I pray that nothing comes of this but we're going to have a problem if either of us get sick. Not only was it old and stinky, but theyre not meant to be sold individually.

There are no prices on the menu, but I know places like this charge a premium so we expect something good at that rate! At the very least we should get what we paid for! These few items costed us over $40 and they were just OK at best. So like I mentioned, KEEP WALKING cause they don't value their customers like...

I am no stranger to Hermann Park and have been coming here for many years. I used to run here almost daily not too long ago. So as a pro now, I know I need to be proactive during the casual walks with a nice cold treats from the food trucks. I immediately flock to anything with pictures of fruit, Tajin, Spanish logos.

I wanted to love their mangonadas so bad, but it was just too watery for me. I don’t know what it is about Houston, but we just don’t make them right down here!! I’ve tried mangonadas from at least 4-5 places in H-Town and haven’t found one place that makes them the way I like it. I’m originally from the Dallas area. Have had plenty good ones there, in the Rio Grande Valley and in Monterrey. Gaspachos’ are similar to 100% Taquitos if you’ve ever tried those.

Long story short: support local businesses, especially those owned by POC! But at this place, I’d go for...

Food was mediocre, but service was the worst. As I arrived at the food truck, no one was in sight and this was at 3:30pm. I called the phone number on the food truck twice to confirm if they were open, no answer. A gentleman (platinum hair) later then walked from a seating nearby and greeted me. This gentleman was already sitting not far from sight and had seen me approach the food truck previously. Clearly, he didn’t care if he had lost a customer or not. I then proceeded to make my first order and everything was fine (included a 20% tip). As I made my second order, a strawberry snow-cone worth $6, I forgot to place tip. Two days later I check my account, tip was placed in my second order, which I did not place. Clearly the employee had decided to place tip for me without my consent. PLEASE make sure you finalize your transactions before...

SOO GOOD!! Just got a snow cone and it’s so refreshing since the Texas sun is VERY HOT! But I got a piña colada bubble gum snow cone and it’s not bad. I didn’t really taste the colada But the bubble gum was VERY flavorful. It’s not located where it says I actually found it at levy park. Very nice! Does take a while to get ur snack if there’s a lot of people but I 10/10 Recommended if your very hot! 😊😊😊 (edit: I didn’t Really mix it in but once I did I tasted the flavors well please mix if you have a snow cone)
