Where do I start, well came in around 10:30 today for some family breakfast right its only 3 of us so it wouldn't be much trouble we always order the same thing.Well from only one person receiving their food and the other waiting about 20 minutes for theirs to get to the table to being brought the steamed rice in a bag not on the plate together but in a plastic bag,which was not even warm but still cold from being frozen.To being brought Strawberry Banana pancakes when you Order NEW YORK CHEESE CAKE PANCAKES and when told this is not what I order the response was no yeah they are that how they come when you put them in the system. I mean I font like banana thats why I don't order it but if I was a person who was allergic to banana I wouldn't even know what would happen if that is the response.The waitress went to tell the manager comes back and tells no these are the new york cheese cakes my manager said so.I being coming to this location for more than five years I know what I usually order and what its suppose to have.The manger I believe was to busy in the kitchen to ever come to the table and help us out with what was wrong I personally bad to go to the kitchen to get some services because we weren't given no more coffee or checked on after the initial mistake. After about 30 min the manger comes to the table and asked what was wrong I tell her about the pancakes she then says yeah these aren't the New York cheesecake pancakes these are strawberry banana and takes them back in the end I didn't get my pancakes till 12 and I wanted them to go because the experience really salted my mood and I honestly wanted to go home.Side note they hadn't even started making my pancakes at all till I had asked am I ever gonna get my pancakes.Awful experience honestly management as well I would say you need two managers one on the floor and one in the kitchen to help push out orders. People who where seated after us had already gotten their food and left. I guess some people where new I wanna say they need more training because their were mistakes both in tables and in to go. I HAVE ORDERED HERE ALWAYS BOTH ONLINE AND IN DINNING but I'm not sure if I will ever come back to this location and I usually spend about 100 to about 130 everything i order this time it was less because only only 3 of us went but seriously if 3 plates can't be taken out right I for sure won't be coming back with...
Read moreWent in here yesterday and placed a to go order. Never again in life will I go here!!! I ordered a t-bone with eggs and a monster burger with onion rings. Well no onion rings were to be found and the steak was like chewing leather my dog was choking on the piece I gave him and he's a young pup with strong teeth. There was gristle all throughout the sad piece of meat. And I ordered medium rare but received well-done It was so thin you could practically see through it. I honestly don't know how this place is still open when so many good restaurants closed during this pandemic. I ordered Cheese Stix while waiting for my food and almost choked on them because they were soggy not crispy and half fried. Also on a separate order I ordered another monster burger with bacon and extra cheese and received neither. I asked for crispy fries and received soggy ones and very few. For an almost $14 burger and fries you'd think they'd actually put some on the plate. I also ordered the appetizer with the fries and onion rings and of course didn't get that because they were out of onion rings which was the most upsetting because that was the whole reason I wanted ihop in the first place. In my opinion this place should 1st be inspected by the health department and immigration and then ultimately be closed down!!! If you have an incompetent staff running the place then why even bother trying!!! I work in close proximity to this location and I will never step foot inside of it again. And will be informing my customers against doing the same. We can spend our money somewhere else and receive better quality food and service. Oh and not 1 time did a manger come and speak with me!...
Read moreIHOP is a family favorite in my home. We visit different locations once a week. Unfortunately we will never visit this location again. Upon arriving no one was present to welcome us in. The greeting booth was left unattended, Definitely waited standing to be seated 2-4min max. While employees chatted near the kitchen.
We seated ourselves, the staff observed us,yet remained unwelcoming.While placing our order I notified our waitress my daughter needed a replacement because she doesn’t eat eggs.(allergies)While the waitress went to confirm she could replace the eggs for another item on the menu. I also approached the manager, she looked at me,not a smile In sight and told me “I already gave her the okay, go have a seat” as if I was a child! Later during the ending of our visit (as the check came) this same manger came to “apologize“ ”I’m not sure if You took my statement wrong but I just wanted you to know I told her the substitute for the eggs was okay “ Whether a replacement was available or not would not have been a issue it was HER rudeness. Im a grown woman and fully aware of kindness vs cold rudeness and she was far from pleasant. Most of the employees stood around chatting before,during and after our meal. The only good thing about this visit,At THIS was our waitress. She was super sweet and constantly checked on us.I made sure to tip her well. **The food was mediocre at best compared to previous visits and other surrounding Ihop’s.
