I went there for the first time had not heard about this place. Friend invited us so we went the line was pretty long. It did move quickly cover was 10$ which was not bad. After entering the place was way to crowed. A lot of people it was to the point it’s hard to move around. EVERYONE was smoking WEED the amount of second hand smoke is RIDICULOUS security nor staff seemed to care. Friend had a table we ordered a Tito’s vodka 180$ plus tax and tip was not bad for a bar it was competitive. I also ordered a hookah if you want hookah here don’t come I NEVER received my hookah waited almost an hour I never got it. They did say I was getting a refund I hope I do I’m already contemplating not seeing my 50$ back which is ridiculous for hookah. Also WAY to many GUYS the girl to guy ratio is thrown off completely. The bottle girls and bartenders are not very good looking IMO. THIS PLACE IS A FU?$&@! SAUNA!!! I walked out of there looking like I ran on the treadmill for an hour. UPDATE: SO, I realized I'm being charged tip on taxes too. Which is illegal to do. Again, I was not able to choose my own tips, so BARTENDERS ARE TAKING TIPS WITHOUT my & your CONSENT! Which is illegal.

Customers have the right to choose tips! It is very unethical to choose your own. I'll be reporting this.

Only thing I don't like is that bartenders chose their own tip. It's been about 16/17% tip that's added. Even if you tip cash, they still add their tip to your card. Out of the few times I've been there, only one girl let me choose my tips.

My drink tends to be $10 in one payment and then same drink becomes $12. I don't understand why.There's also been an extra charge of Rocks pour that's $3.25 on my tab for some reason. When I visited previously I was not charged this Rocks Pour and I got the same drink too.

This establishment is becoming a nuisance to the surrounding area. Every single weekend, their staff (or strangers they allow on the property) stand on the corner of Main and Prairie and literally scream into a megaphone. It is SO LOUD you can hear them 30 floors up at Aris and OVER TOP OF the Astros fireworks. These people absolutely ruin the vibe and atmosphere of an otherwise great area.

EDIT - 11.10.23 they are once again standing on your property LITERALLY SHOUTING into amplified sound devices. Please lower the volume and be courteous of neighbors. We are prepared to move forward immediately with law enforcement, the Houston Downtown Management District, and the TABC re: their open containers.
