Underground Hall — Restaurant in Houston

me and my friends went to two different places. the birria and the burger place in the back corner. first of all the food was incredibly overpriced specially the drinks and it wasn’t even good. the birria plates where dry and tasteless compared to other places. it feels like the food wasn’t cooked properly and they just rushed it. the lady working there was also rude and she just sounded really annoying and mad when screaming out the numbers for the orders. the ramen birria was 12 when in other places i find them for 6. they took extremely long for the order also. there is also only 3 birria tacos and little consume when other places be giving way more and this is coming from a bunch of mexicans

the burger spot in the back was okay. they still took a long time to give us the order and they where shouting orders at random instead of how they where places such as 74 came before 71 and 72 did. the burger was not good tbh as my friend who ordered it said mcdonald’s be better. i think the original one wasn’t good maybe spicy would be better. the fries was what i got and i honestly though they where on point and for the amount given it was good. i give that the highest rating out of all the food ordered. rate 3/10...

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! They don't deserve any stars! Had to give 1 star to post my review. I visited the Underground Hall for the first time and I will never go back! I ordered a burger at bunslut (they charge .75 extra for lettuce) at 12:40. At 1:10, I was still standing there with no food! I kept asking the staff, how much longer? The manager was sitting in a corner observing, instead of trying to help his staff. Not one person out of 4, knew what was going on!!!!! When I finally got my burger at 1:20, my burger was cold and did not have the lettuce I paid extra for. I asked for no onions and my burger was full of onions! I took it right back and they made me another burger the correct way in another 15 minutes! The burger was the greasiest burger I have ever eaten!!! I spoke with the manager and all he could do was explain why the new staff was having problems and apologized. I went with a large party for a birthday lunch. Review is for Bunslut. Placed order online. Walked over before estimated pick up time. As I walked in, I checked status which said order was still being prepared. After 10 minutes, checked again and it said order was ready. Went to counter and asked. Guy in the back just pointed at the ordering screen. Thinking it was a language barrier, I repeated I was picking up an order in Spanish. Guys looked around until I said it one more time and confirmed my name. A different guy said "oh yes! We called your name earlier" Weird, but probably a glitch and my order was ready before I got here.

Onto the food. I've had a patty melt (months) before which was delicious and the reason I was coming back. This time, wanted to try a simple burger but made the mistake of getting bacon. Don't make this mistake. Worst bacon I've ever had. Drive thru fast food bacon has been better. It's dark, but not crispy. It looks cooked, but so stringy and chewy. Removed it all from my burger.
