I’ve read countless negative reviews recently so I doubt your “cookie cutter” response to my review is going to fix anything. I was order #147 last night. Lord that was the biggest mistake. The woman taking my order explained “you’re gonna have to just wait until I’m caught up and situated-look at the menu”.....Then I finally got to place my order. It took forever to even get to the window, and because I know the lobby is closed I asked- are you sure everything is in there? Of course I was hurriedly assures that it was and the oversized (appearing overworked) over sweaty woman slammed the drive thru window closed. I pull around to the front of the store because I just know my order isn’t right. You make mistakes when you’re rushing like that. Sure enough, just one order of damn tacos. So I go around through the drive through. I was basically told we can’t bring it out through the door, you’ll have to wait your turn in line. While I’m waiting, the car that was in front of me pulls in behind me-their order is wrong too, and she’s as mad as I am because she too was rushed off like we didn’t just pay your over busy restaurant to make us food. When I finally come around to the window, I’m offered to speak to the manager who says this exactly “every single damn customer comes through here with big orders, we can’t be perfect, here’s your two tacos..” and again slams the window. They didn’t even pay attention to me-they have me two tacos with lettuce. So not only did I pay for partially cold food-I didn’t even get the right food-and didn’t have an option to do anything about it. Had your employees done a better job at idk....existing in the workplace. You wouldn’t be so busy with cars coming back for their correct order. Also, I’m all for diversified workplace but if your supervisors can’t speak ENGLISH, in America, you’re doing something wrong. I will stop at no ends to review this jack in the box every single place I can because you didn’t take the time to correct...

I pulled up and started reciting my usual order and she interrupts me continuously causing me to forget to request no mustard, fine, my mistake.
I pull up to the window, and tell her that I want no mustard, she repeats that back then walks away. Then there’s a 20 minute wait for my single combo order, and she brings back my food. I ask if she was able to ensure no mustard, I get ignored and assume she got it right, since she repeated it to me and all.
Wrong, I get back to work and aside from my no mustard, she didn’t give me any napkins to at least wipe it off, and the ketchup I requested wasn’t in the bag either. A $15 meal gone to waste because someone didn’t want to...

Very rude, she dropped my bottle of orange juice out the drive thru window, then had the nerve to tell me I had to pick it up. She thru my food too me, I asked to speak to the manager and she didn't seem to care either because all she said to me was have a nice day sir after I explained to her what happened. She also refused to give me a receipt after I asked for corporate number. 2 different occasions is unacceptable.. I can not be the only person who has complained about this kid, because her service is so horrible I don't think she is capable of giving good service. Please do something about this, because I can't keep spending my hard earned money and be disrespected...
