I usually leave reviews everywhere I go, but I feel this one is especially important to share because my experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting.
This morning after my daughter’s swim class, I decided to stop at Burger King for breakfast. It was my first time trying their breakfast, and I was genuinely excited. I ordered two croissant sandwiches (for myself and my wife) and a side of egg for my daughter — something simple and healthy for her.
When I received my order at the drive-thru window, the side of egg was missing. I double-checked the receipt, and I had been charged for it. I let the employee, Armando, know about the issue, and he was polite and willing to help. Unfortunately, the manager he turned to immediately dismissed the problem in a very rude and unprofessional way.
Instead of listening or verifying my order, she made several assumptions: • She assumed I was mistaken and that the egg must already be in the bag. • She then insisted there was already “an extra egg somewhere” even though I explained that I specifically ordered a side of egg by itself.
I checked the bag and both sandwiches carefully — there was no side of egg anywhere. When I explained this again, the manager refused to take accountability and treated me as though I was just trying to get something for free, which was not the case at all. I simply wanted the item I had paid for.
I asked to speak with the manager, only to find out that the same woman being dismissive and rude was in fact the manager. Her attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and frankly insulting. She eventually asked to see my receipt (in a very rude manner), and once she realized I was correct, she quietly handed me the egg without saying a word — no apology, no acknowledgment, no accountability. When I said “thank you,” she didn’t even respond.
This entire encounter left me extremely upset. What should have been a quick breakfast run turned into an unpleasant and frustrating experience that actually made me cry afterwards because of how poorly I was treated.
I expect better service from Burger King, especially from someone in a management position. Armando was respectful and tried to help, but the manager’s behavior was alarming. She should not be representing the brand in this way without proper customer service training. At the very least, guests should be listened to and treated with respect when they bring up a valid issue.
I hope Burger King takes this feedback seriously, because today I left feeling let down and disrespected by a place I was genuinely...
Read moreI go to this burger king a lot, im writing this review because this is the only burger king close to me, but its always SOMETHING with this particular restaurant, I use to work for burger king last year, so i know how to expedite food, serve guests, take each in order, and run drive thru. I just wanted salt on my fries. I saw that the fry cook had just dropped fresh fries, (They were burnt but its okay, i really just wanted salt on my fries so i asked) and had forgotten to put salt on a few people's fries i thought if i stopped them before they bagged my food they would add the salt,SO I politely walked to the counter because it's just in the steps that you pour fry salt on the fries. when i asked they said no they hadnt put any salt on the fries, so i asked if they could? They gave me salt packets, I didnt want to make a big deal about it because it was a rush. But i dont understand why they couldn't have done their job properly. I saw employees on their phones, employees with a lack of urgency, and lack of enthusiasm when the restaurant is packed and on top of that, it was like i was given an attitude for asking nicely for them to do something thats apart of their expediting system. Pretty sure this is like the second manager they've had too at the location, so i hope things improve with them around. Once again, reluctantly you'll have my services because burger king sell cheap chicken nuggets. I hope things improve. The store is always dirty, the floors are always sticky, I wanted to go through the drive thru but it was shut down for some reason. I still have my saltless fries in the fridge, I'm going to add my own table salt to it, but like....damn i wish this place...
Read moreI went through the drive thru of this establishment. I attempted to place my order, but the lady said that she couldn't hear me. I tried soaking louder, she then became rude, cutting me off, yelling that she couldn't hear me, and gave me a total without my being done ordering. I told her that I wasn't done, to which she ignored me. I drove around to the window, and she kept her back turned to me, not acknowledging me, and refusing to continue my order. Another young lady came to the window. She was very pleasant, have my food, and took the remaining order. I asked that young lady for the corporate number and what this "Manager's" name was. She informed me that the rude woman who took my order was the manager, named Bella. Bella then came to the window and I politely asked for the corporate number. She said "for what, for what, I'm not giving it, I don't know it". I then asked what store number location it was and she said "no" while closing the window. A young man who worked there came to the window and asked what was wrong. I told him that I was waiting on the corporate number. He said that he didn't know it but could give me his boss's number. As he started reading the number out, Bella came to slam the window again, before he could finish. The young man tried printing a receipt to give me with the phone number on it, and Bella snatched the paper from him and slammed the window again. This review is not the end for me. I will escalate this issue further, because you can't treat everybody the same. Unfortunately I chose this BK to stop at on my way home, I don't live in the area, but Bella definitely acts like the trash she exhibited on tonight....
