Most terrible KFC your couldn visit! Do NoT waste your time or money!
I tried to place an order three wings and a biscuit original for my grandmother who is going through Chemotherapy and craving KFC. I tried at 5:45 to place the order and the cashier told me that they didn't have mayo or wings and that it would be a wait. I told the cashier I didn't have time to wait and I wand would take some of the order and come back for the wings in 15 minutes so to please make so more wings. I dropped my grandmother off as she was tired and came back to the KFC at 6:15. Waited till 6:27 to place my order, where they told me it would be a 5 minute wait on original wings. I waited in the drive thru line till 6:51 to get to the window and pay. The manager then tried to convince me that I should take crunchy or grilled or I would have to wait another 20 minutes for the original wings. I told her I had already waited that long she told me I should take another piece of meat and not wait. Really?! Then she proved THREE different times to convince me to change my order. Do you really think I've now paid and waited a ridiculous amount of time to NOT get what I've asked for. Her excuse for me having to wait was that she was handeling the counter. I have never received such a lack of professionalism or customer service in my life. I hope someone get in touch with me and issues me a refund. I begged for a receipt so that I could complete this survey while I sit in the disgusting park lot and waste more of my time.    Read moreI Walked in and ordered a $10 special With the manager who was on duty at the time. While fixing my order, the drive-through personnel asked for assistance with an order. The manager screamed and hollered at the drive-through personnel stop making my order, walked over to into the drive-through person concern while reprimanding her coaching her on how to ring an order with or without a drink. The manager then came back to me and said that my car did not go through in front of other people, trying to embarrass me when she had not even completed my order nor my card up for my purchase. I paid for my order. I looked inside the box and it wasnât what I asked for nor did it have sides in the bag whatsoever that came with my meal. The manager then tried to handle me when I told her that I didnât want what was in the box because it wasnât what I ordered and that she shouldâve asked me, but I didnât get a chance to tell her because she taking my order stopped and started working with the Window personnel.    Read moreI came to the drive through to order the 2 pc crispy chicken fill up box meal ( thigh and drum) . When it was time to order my drink to go with the meal , First she said they were out of BOTH flavors of Mountain Dew that was advertised in the front of there restaurant. Next I pull up to the window and pay for my food first then the lady comes back about 5 minutes later to tell me AFTER paying that there is no more crispy chicken thighs, and asks do I want 2 drums instead? She was not apologetic or anything. So I asked are yâall completely out ? or can I wait for some to be freshly made and she then says âwe donât have anymoreâ so I say ok whatever just give me two drums then. Then she leaves and comes back to say the cook said it will be 7 minutes for crispy chicken so I simply say ok and park and wait for my food. After about 15 minutes she brings my food out and I ask if she gave me honey packets for my biscuit and she says they are out of honey too !
