Absolutely terrible embarrassing service, I had been trying to call for over 30 minutes trying to place an order no answer although machine said I was first in line multiple times. So I hung up tried again and again no answer. Clearly the phone was being ignored. Ok so I make my way over to the establishment to place my order in person. Upon arrival I was told I would not be able to place my order because it was “close” to closing time, even after I mentioned trying to get through via phone call for over 30 minutes employee didn’t care and said “oh it’s just been crazy today” ok and what does that have to do with your store hours?? If that were the case the hours should be changed. The 9:00 closing time is an absolute joke and extremely disappointing. If your employees stop working the store at 8:30 close the store at 8:30 instead of making people go out of their way simply to place a simple...

I'm a regular at this location, 4-5 times a week and just now had the worst experience ever. Will not be returning. Walked in and bought two shots, asked for a cup of hot water, and got the nastiest attitude from Giovanna Porcheddu. She would not even allow me a cup for HOT water, said there were cups by the water machine down the way. HOT liquid does not belong in PLASTIC containers. I asked if i needed to pay that I would. She then asked how full I wanted the cup as if she was going to charge me per oz of hot water. Attitude changed all of a sudden when time to pay came and she realized person I was with was an employee at a different location. I work in the beverage service industry myself and this is such unacceptable customer service. As the winter time approaches this is something to be expected. My favorite juice place ever! Love their food options as well and the cherry maca cookies (got the cookies at the Montrose location, not sure if they are sold at white oak too?). The guy at the register was super, super helpful in recommending modifications to me which I love- there was no eye rolling or snobiness at all and he was just genuinely awesome at being helpful. The golden milk, wondershowzen, and green hornet (hot tea like green drink) are all highly recommended. I look forward to trying the golden shake at some point. The only downfall about this place is the parking situation at white oak location...depending on what time you go, the parking lot may be totally full. I’ve sadly had to drive by on a few occasions just cause i couldn’t find somewhere to park :(. Overall though, food & drinks at Juiceland get a 5/5 from me!!...
