Got some pastries at 99 ranch market and decided to get drinks at kft nothing special nothing new ordered the drinks and sat down they were gross and bad flavored tried to talk with the employees there about an exchange and was told that the “owner” doesn’t allow them to fix drinks and theyve already gotten in trouble for it before so i asked if i could get a refund on the bad drink they told me they couldnt because it was a special drink and they lose money on it so they cant refund it they gave me no options to fix this problem and left me without a drink because they “couldn’t” fix it this is the worst costumer service ive ever had i just wanted a remake or something different instead i was told its buyer beware on all the drinks never again will i shop at kung fu tea ill stick to small companies who care about...

Our first time at 99 Market. I seen the reviews a bit shock the location was very clean but I can read that it may get busy during lunch times. The young girl in the front has a great attitude. Now keep in mind they are young so if you don’t have patience to give youngsters a chance to work maybe you’re not the right fit to go there. I was having a hard time selecting something so she ask me what I liked recommend it the coconut and pineapple with mango jelly. It was a great choice she also help my husband select one. I'm in the parking lot writing this because I'm so upset. I ordered a drink here at about 6:25. I understand they close at 7pm ,but there should be zero reason why it's so dirty in here. There were half opened boxes, the glass case has stains all over it including what looked like a spilled drink. The front desk where you pay was sticky. There were dirty milky containers in the sink, everything looked as if it hadn't been wiped or scrubbed down in weeks. The floor was nasty, there were books and other unrelated stuff on the counters. It is too junky and nasty for you all to be serving food. If you close at 7, you should wait until 7 to start pulling everything out. I will never come to this...
