Firehouse Subs Echo Lane — Restaurant in Hedwig Village

I did an online order that was suppose to be ready by 7:30 so I ask the guy wearing the mask properly at 7:35 about my online order and he tells me a “few more minutes” so I wait 30 minutes while I see people walk in after me and leave before me with their orders. A little after 8pm I hear a guy telling the employees “do you guys not prioritize online orders” apparently he was waiting a while like me and saw people leaving before him that arrived after him. The employee wearing the mask properly said something like “sometimes we get the orders mixed up on the computer”, but we both notified him about our online orders around the time we arrived. The guy in the red never wore his mask and was laughing at the situation and then froze when he noticed me looking at him. I ended up getting my food at 8:12. When I got home the bread was near burnt just way over toasted. This staff is Very unprofessional!! I hope they make some...

I went in to firehouse the other day around 11 there was this lady called Diana blonde hair Hispanic. She gave me the worst attitude ever while I was trying to order she seemed like she had to be somewhere else and kept rushing me while I was telling her my order. Keep in mind no other customer was in the store other than myself. It has not been the first time this happens I’ve gone in other times to this exact location and she has been mistreated not only customers but the employees as well I’m not sure if she has some sort of manager position but I don’t think you should call one of your workers “useless” in front of a customer this is literally a sandwich shop so I don’t understand why she insulted a worker.

I’ve spoken to a couple of workers from the store before and they have all said she just complains about them for no reason other than “she wants to fire everyone”.

the staff here is beyond rude except one person the younger gentleman who was very polite. today when i walked in the younger gentleman greeted me and smiled then as i go to order this old man just glares and doesnt even greet me. I start to order and he keeps interrupting me. He did not seem nice or friendly. He made me feel like I was a hindrance and acted like a robot. As i eat , this old lady starts to move chairs and tables and thought it was ok to slide/bang a table up to mine and it hit my foot. It didnt hurt but she acted like I wasnt even there . Who does that; while a paying customer is eating, bang a table up against them. The experience was horrible. The only thing I can say is give the younger gentleman a raise. He was cleaning and working his butt off while the older people just slugged around like zombies and dont treat you human. Horrible. Treat people as you wish...
