This location housed many pho restaurants prior to finally becoming the resting place of pho I-10 and may I say that all of them were poor. I was very disappointed in the quality of Vietnamese food I received from this restaurant. I placed a to go order for rice with pork chop. It was average. There was lots of rice, a little bit of grilled pork (likely bc there was a huge bone) and like two cucumbers. More veggies and meat please?
I also ordered a chicken banh mi. I had two options- chicken or pork. I tried to the lady of the chicken was shredded? If the pork was bbqed and she asked me "chicken or pork." Ok. Chicken I guess. Point of reference, the chicken comes grilled. I was basically eating a butter sandwich. There was very little chicken and vegetables. There was NO pate which is best part of any banh mi sandwich and there was NOT a healthy slab of mayo. It was just this weird smear of butter. I did not get a banh mi. I got a butter sandwich. Furthermore, the service was sl---oo--ww. Too slow for a to go order. Pricing was alright for the rice dish. Not for my butter sandwich.
I will not be back to...

This completely overpowered the dish’s signature flavor and disrupted the balance expected in a traditional preparation. • Spring roll: Over-fried to the point of being dry and tough. Instead of a crispy, flavorful appetizer, it turned into a greasy, hard-to-enjoy bite. • Sandwich: Instead of a proper protein balance, it was filled almost entirely with cucumber slices, with barely a trace of meat. The proportions were completely off.
Overall opinion: The restaurant seems to struggle both with execution and the composition of its dishes. There’s a clear lack of attention to detail and respect for the essence of each recipe. It’s not just about ingredients, but about balance, proper cooking, and presentation. I...

Then I told him we wanted tapioca in it he said oh you wanted tapioca? I said yes, do you have tapioca and he paused for a moment just looked at me and said no we are out. Like if he didn’t want to exchange our drinks or go and put tapioca in it. My sandwich was too crunchy the meat was not soft and I was struggling to eat it my son’s pho was ok but he said there was more noodles than meat and the meat was not too soft. My son said he felt weird eating there because the older man that waited on us was just staring at us eat. No wonder he kept telling me mom are you done, let’s go! I didn’t know why until we got in the car. Well would I go and eat there again No! We were disappointed at the food and the being stared at...
