Five Below — Local services in Hedwig Village

These store's just keep getting better with their merchandise as you can see in the pictures they have lots of great toys at great prices for the kids, and christmas is even better. I am a sock person so that have lots to choose from that are quality products and then I took pics. Of what there set up for Easter basket surprises was looking like, I will be back for that stuff soon. I took a picture of the neck pillows because if you get injections in your neck and spine these are the best they are harder so it puts pressure on the injections so they don't hurt as much during recovery just a little helpful info. And everything is $5. Or less you can't go wrong.. forgot to mention these store are well merchandised, clean, and most of the different store's employees are willing to help you find what you are looking for weather it is in their store or in another...Happy Shopping in some of the better store's around at a...

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. The employee ringing me up at the self check out rang me up for some snack that were showing up online at half the price but a different price in store. I believe the employee checking me out was new because she had to ask another employee (I’m guessing a manager?) if she was able to match it and ended up telling us the employer stated she was too busy to do it. I let her know I’ve always had it matched no matter how busy it was and asked if I could have that employee’s name since they weren’t wearing name tags. The cashier told me they weren’t allowed to give names out. I’ve attached a picture of the employee who stated she was too busy to help us. Overall, avoid this five below as it seems this lady had multiple complaints about her. I’ve always came to this five below but after this experience I would rather drive farther to another one or go somewhere...

Came to this location June 27th 2023 around 7ish. The whole time my boyfriend and I had a Hispanic lady breathing down our neck. We were in the game board section looking around, she was pretending to clean the floor while staring us down. Feeling uncomfortable we decided to check out, while doing so she went over to a young man monitoring the registers and whispered something to him which caused him to keep his eyes on us as well. We started ringing our items she took it upon herself to pretend to put bags on the register next to us to make sure we were scanning each item. Worst experience I’ve ever had...
