We travel 45 mins to eat here just for us to sit here. Our appetizer never came out. Our waitress never came back. And before the owners come in here to comment you guys can check the cameras between 8:25pm-9:00 because I see the way how you respond to your customers. It was not a busy night.
The reviews (1-star) is definitely accurate about waitresses not attending their customers. One waitress I had ask if she can get our original waitress and she did not. She just walked away.
Empanadas are mediocre. Again I can’t believe I travel 45 mins from the east side of Houston to eat a flavorless restaurant. As I’m typing at 8;51pm my food has not came out but my bf did
His fillet did not taste good. No flavor
I had expected for my empanadas to arrive before my meal but no. The molcajete was okay. The meat is seasoned but overall Disappointed with this service.
It’s 9:11 check the drawers/cashier because they also kept my change 26 cents. I’m not happy with this place. Instead of coming out letting me know that there is a coin shortage that would be better instead of keeping the money.
If this is how this restaurant is protecting the employees I could see why the reviews on here is accurate. I don’t think I’ll ever come back here...
Read moreThe food at La Bahía Seafood Grill was absolutely delicious. The seafood grill, the caldo de mariscos, and the drinks were right on point. It was our first time here. When we walked in, we were a little skeptical, but once our server Jocelyn came and took out order, explained the plates, and drinks to is, she made us feel right at home. The seafood tasted fresh, and was deliciously prepared. We asked for all of the sauces on the side, just in case the spice level was a little much for us. To be honest, our food did not need any additional sauces to make it taste delicious. Jocelyn was very attentive and was willing to ask the kitchen to prepare something a little different for our kids. She was always a step ahead anticipating our requests. When you decide to come out here, definitely ask for Jocelyn. This is a little hidden gem with delicious seafood, great drinks, and fantastic prices. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended! I forgot to take pictures of the food, and by the time I thought about it, it was...
Read moreI recently visited La Bahía Seafood and had a fantastic dining experience. To start, I ordered the shrimp ceviche, which was fresh, flavorful, and the perfect appetizer. For my main dish, I had the fried tilapia with rice and salad, and it did not disappoint! The tilapia was cooked perfectly, with a wonderful, well-seasoned flavor, and paired nicely with the sides. I also enjoyed a pineapple mojito, which was refreshing and a great complement to the meal.
Beyond the food, the service was excellent—our waitress was very attentive, and the rest of the staff made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant has a casual, laid-back vibe, making it a great place to enjoy a good meal without breaking the bank. Prices are reasonable compared to other seafood restaurants, and the portions are satisfying.
We arrived just before the dinner rush and had no trouble finding parking, which was a plus. Overall, I highly recommend La Bahía Seafood for anyone looking for delicious seafood, great service, and a relaxed...
