Today I ordered the Coronado plate with shrimp, a taco, cheese enchilada, side of glacmole, beans, rice, sour cream. The shrimp were not wrapped with bacon as described on menu. Everything was cold and the quality of the food was at best fair quality not good quality and not what you would expect for the prices charged. The service was very slow and I suspect my plate was sitting in the kitchen for a while before it was finally brought out to my table. Chips and salsa were brought out to my table by someone other than my server the salsa bowl was half full and cold and I suspect it was half eaten by another customer and given to me. I can't tell you how unsatisfied I was with my total dinning experience it was just not up to good standards. I complained and they gave me half off the ticket but I left feeling very unsatisfied and couldn't understand it. I have eaten here before and food and service were much better before. They missed the mark this trip for sure. This shouldn't happen and I probably won't return to eat here. You can find much better food somewhere else for sure. Probably needs better management here and better training for servers. I'm just telling the truth about my experience. Needs improvement on food quality as well. This is a one star experience for this restaurant at best I'm just being honest. By the way the noise level here is just unbelievable and very irritating. The worst part about eating here is I got sick to my stomach so obviously their is a problem with the food. You deserve zero stars. My server was Brandon who took my order however a different server brought it out to my table and Brandon was not up to speed in my opinion. The manager said his name was Christian who offered me some enchiladas to take home which I declined and he took off half on my check . This was his concession and way of trying to smooth things over. But I still won't go back to this location to eat anymore because it's gone downhill in...

Read moreWent there Saturday to celebrate my birthday. Had a party of 8. Decided to call ahead cause I know it gets crowded. The hostess was not very helpful and could no even give me an estimate of time it would take for a table. I do understand as she stated they were not taking anymore reservation. Which was fine but when we got there she still could not able to get me on the waiting list as a walk in for 8. I then decided to talk to a manager. That is when she turn pretty rude. To make a long story short she made us wait an hour and 15 minutes. We then all decided to walk in. Since I had requested to speak to a manager, she told my party to leave the restaurant and that I was against CDC guidelines by having everyone walk in. She also stated we would have to wait another hour. That would have been more then 120 minutes for a table.I felt like she was punishing us for requesting to speak to a manager. I know this to be a fact cause another party of 8 walk in and requested a table she immediately stated to them it would be 15 minutes or sooner. She sure was saying this so I could hear this. I then had enough of this childish attitude. I decided to call " El Tiempo Cantina" at that moment. I was surprise enough I was able to get one in less the 15 minutes. Before I left for El Tiempo I did speak to a manager called Alex about the host attitude. Never coming back to this establishment. It sad cause I have never had a bad experience ever here. We have celebrated several birthdays here. I do understand the establishment has limited seating. But it is all about the attitude. Whenever you have people who really don't care and poorly represent your name brand in a bad light. It makes people seek...
