Shout out to the manager on duty on Friday night, 6/14/24 as he and his team went out of their way to make sure I got my order correctly that evening.
We ordered through their Marco app. The order came as it was promised, but it was through DoorDash and the driver gave us the order for Courtney. Clearly, the address was noted for Courtney that wasn't ours, so the driver must have switched the delivery. I gave the order back to the driver and he said he would return it to Marco's.
We called Marco's and the person receiving understood my situation and right away had me speaking to the manager on duty. The manager asked for my order number, and it was 206 and he asked info about the driver, what happened to the incorrect delivery, and so on. I told him look on his shelf and see if there was a box with my name on it. He instead insisted that he would redo the order and had it redelivered. We got the food at 10pm instead of 8pm originally if it were not done incorrectly, but the most important thing that we got our food correctly. It was worth the wait.
Reason why this was significant is because we did have an incorrect delivery one time with Blaze whose store is across the street from Marco's. Blaze missed an item, and the manager simply didn't want to do anything about it. Reason because they used doordash to deliver, and he couldn't re-deliver another trip on his dime. For this, I had to go to the store, picked it up myself and asked for that item to get reimbursed. I should not have had to have done all that. That is an example of a BAD service.

Recently, my address was moved outside of the delivery zone, so we have to go pick up any pizzas we want—that was fine but a little inconvenient since they did deliver to us for a little over 9 months.
However, after the experience I had yesterday evening I will not be returning to Marco’a any longer. I placed an order online for pick up that stated the pizza would be ready to pick up in approximately 15-20 minutes. When I got to the store about 15 minutes later the lobby was filled with people waiting for their orders—probably around 10 people waiting. I was not attended when I walked in. I stood there until finally I had to interrupt someone to ask about my order. My order, along with the majority of the other customers’ orders, had not even been placed in the oven yet.
I understand they had a large order to fulfill but the whole time I was standing there (around 15 min) I saw them put about 2 pizzas in the oven. I finally told I no longer wanted my pizza and would like a refund. It took another 5 minutes for anyone to attend me for that.
