Extremely rude customer service. went there after hours on the way home, at 2:30 am. got served at 2:49 (19 mins later - Only 1 car ahead of me) several cars that were behind me backed up and left. One jumped past me went straight to the window, and got served. I ordered for a 20 piece chicken mcnugget. Some young black lady gave me my order then disappeared. I double checked the bag and noticed she had only given me 1 barbecue sauce, i honked for her, but she didnt come back, so i waited for her to come serve the next car. When she came by, i asked her for 2 more barbecue sauces. She told me she had put three in the bag. Surprised, i double checked, dug beneath the ton of ketchup she had filled my order with (which i didnt ask for - i asked for barbecue sauce only - i didnt buy any fries). I noticed i was wrong, and she had put 2.. so i asked her for a third - one more. She insisted she had put in 3. So i gave her the bag to check. She found only two, then told me i had taken out the third. I said i didnt take out anything, there were only two in there, and a ton of ketchup i didnt ask for. She insisted rudely she had put in 3, and i took out one and hid it. I got really upset with her, and told her if she put 3, i would have driven off... I insisted she give me one more. She then told me "thats not going to happen", and that if i didnt leave (there were other cars behind me) she would call the cops. I stayed a few more minutes in disbelief that she would call the cops over one sauce which she omitted, but she was dead serious. So i left. i wasnt going to wait another 20 - 40 mins for the cops to get there, frisk me, search my car, not find any sauce then make her give me an extra sauce, all for ONE sauce. So much for customer service. I didnt have to stop there on my way home, i just did because i wanted a snack. I couldnt ask for their manager, it was past hours. You can be sure i wont be patronizing them after this, after their lobby closes. What kind of restaurant threatens to call cops because you ask for an extra sauce, because they gave you the wrong sauce, and not enough of the one you asked for????????????????????
EDIT. I just started eating the nuggets, and they're stale!!!!!! they're also not hot, and they're tough/chewy - like leftovers left outside. DEFINITELY not ordering chicken nuggets from this...

Placed a couple of mobile orders for curbside, waited about 40 minutes outside in the cold for my food that I ordered.
Finally at 9 PM when they were closing down all of the lights, I finally came up to the drive-through and asked anbout my orders. Girl says wait by the door. I said I already have been for almost. Manager going in and out giving people that haven't been there nearly as long as me their food.
He asks if I got my food. I say no. He INVITES me inside the building despite it being already closed. He asks what I got. I tell him. He argues with me and tells me I can't have all of the food depite my phone having screenshots of the orders.
He comes around the counter, gets in my face (not the other way around), puts his hands on me (not the other way around), another employee who should vbe working come up and starts acting tough and running his mouth, even accusing me of getting in manager's face, which is completely false and camera footage will agree with me.
I am told to leave. I am leaving the establishment. I am on my way out the door while a gang of McDonald's employees, in all of their derelict, incompetent, policy-breaking ways, is talking trash to me bbehind my back. I am outside. Another employee comes from the pile and throws a punch and lands in my neck/throat area, committing a crime in the process.

Read moreSo I went in to get something quick to eat and turned out to be something to wait to eat. We went in ordering 6 double cheese burgers and a kids meal because we had seen that it had Pokémon which I am a huge fan of took off because McDonald’s usually gets things right but when I got home and got ready to eat I found three double cheese burgers with unions and a kids meal with a raven coloring poster. So I called them back and the lady that answered she rice or I forgot her name was extremely helpful and told me to head back and that would fix the mistake. But when I got there the gentleman that was taking orders as soon as he got to me stepped away and started doing something else. I understand that people get busy and don’t check for the last customer so the other workers laughs and take my order again because I really wanted to order another kids meal to try and get Pokémon cards. She takes my order and about a minute or two later I get my double cheese burgers “Mary” I recall her name was pushed the food and walks away before I can say I’m still missing my orange juice that I was trying to get for my nephew so I patiently wait there and the guy comes out with the happy meal which was the one that I had ordered and the lady “Mary” goes and rudely asks the co worker “ what’s this person still doing here. What’s he waiting on now” so I explain to her I’m still waiting on my orange juice. This isn’t the first time nor the last time I go to a fast food restaurant with bad customer service workers but not as rude as this one here. Customer service isn’t...
