Zero zero zero if I could. This is a horrible location with terrible customer service. After placing an order on the app for a pick up, which is always advertised as efficient and perk, I arrived close to thirty minutes after the order was placed. That is plenty of time for my simple order, but not only was my order not ready upon arrival, I also waited an additional 25 minutes at the store for my order. The employees were not concerned, I watched multiple people come in and order and other pick up orders all be taken care of while I still was waiting. As most people in became upset and asked for a refund. That is when your non concerned manager came and said my food all of a sudden was ready. And honestly I don't appreciate Hispanic employees making sure everyone who was of the same race being made a priority all the while I kept waiting. I tried to give this good service another chance, but after last night it only confirmed why I don't give my business to McDonald's. Horrible way to treat people and what is the point of your app then. Again! Don't go to this location. Read moreWhere to begin. This place is a sanitation hazard, and the City of Houston health department should open an investigation. The men's bathroom is filthy! Blood and feces on the wall and floor. Homeless men sleeping in stall. The urinal is not working and has not worked for quite some time. A plastic bag is around it, but people have made a way to still urinate in it. The hand dryer does not work. The tables and benches are always filthy. Homeless people are allowed to sit in the restaurant and ask for money. The staff does nothing. This has to be one the most poorly run McDonald's I have been to.
The employees cannot be bothered to assist or do their jobs. They will literally look at you and continue speaking and laughing in Spanish to one another. Which is another issue. Several employees and shift supervisors only speak Spanish. They cannot assist you with placing an order if you do not speak Spanish. How are you hiring people who cannot speak the language? Why have them working the front counter area? The staff is young and immature. They are always loud and exhibit zero professionalism. Read moreI just arrived at 6pm today 01/29/19 . I ordered at the drive thru and a (White male) answered and took my order . Several times I had to repeat myself to him about the item I ordered and he kept adding extra things to my order, when I specifically told him I would like to order a small tea with 2 hot and spicy no American cheese added ! And no pickles added. He specifically added those things to my sandwich. Which I did not want . When I approached the “pay here” window he seem to look uninteresting and spoke in monotone . He proceeded to slam the window in face when I was trying to pay. Which I did not like but proceeded to give him a smile because I know how the food industry goes ( I too worked). I don’t know if he was just having a bad day or specifically have a thing against black women or blk ppl as a whole.
