McDonald's — Restaurant in Houston

I am a regular customer here but today they lost me because of very rude behavior from their drive through employee. Ordered coffee online upon reaching there the drive through employee said the machine is not working so i said her to cancel it and didn't give me any receipt. After few minutes i received a charge of extra sauce packet from mc Donald. I went there and stopped at drive through to talk to her but she didn't open the window for 10 minutes. After several honk she came and when i asked her politely why there was this charge as i never ordered any sauce packet she said thats the way to cancel and blaming me for cancellation. The thing she did at the end literally shocked me she rudely took out some cents and threw to me and said go as if she is giving me charity or she is the owner of mc donald. Its not about how much i got charged but the behavior and the way she treated me instead of apologizing, she responded very dreadfully...

This McDonald’s is A1. My best friend was Soooooo sick and all he wanted was an Oreo McFlurry and a chocolate shake at like 3 am and I went to 3 jack in the box’s (they all said they were cleaning their machines) and 2 Whataburgers (they said they were out of ice cream at each one) and I was like guys can you please please make my best friend an Oreo shake and a chocolate shake he’s so sick and that’s all he wants I’ve been driving around forever and they made it no problem and they were so sweet about it and I know working in fast food isn’t amazing I’ve done it but I really really appreciate you guys that did this for my friend he was on his last legs and that’s all he wanted and I’m so grateful. Ice cream makes people happy and with Covid going around and this world being so lazy and greedy you guys made our night thank you so so much to the night staff on October 28th 2020 YALL THE REAL MVPSSSSSS AND YOU DESERVE A RAISE!!!!!!!...

Repeated my order to the gentlemen at the window after seeing he had 2 of the same order he assured me it was just 1 , moved to pay recieved my rcpt and again seen double charge i proceeded to the window and spoke w the next person who i repeated my original order to she asked for my card n walked off then came the 3rd person and once again asked for my order for the 3 x i repeated my order , they fixed the issue so i thought... I received my order and didn't get a chance to check it (bc a man was asking for money there, and i didn't feel like staying to long ). Get home, and they once again gave me the wrong order. Instead of giving me a hamburger kids meal, they gave me a 4 piece chicken nugget . Okay, maybe i shouldve double checked if they messed up already, but it shouldn't take 3+ people to repeat the order, and it still be wrong. Overall, it's not a...
