Very Disappointed in the experience I just had of course McDonald’s is a frequent visit for myself I was in a different area and I requested a small cup of Carmel to dip in my apple slices and told them they could charge me extra whatever it would cost I just wanted the Carmel (I do this often no other location makes it a big deal) the employee told me no at first and then I politely asked him to get a manager! He returns after a very short time and says the manager says no !! I’m not pointing fingers my point is this it is a small cup of caramel that I am willing to pay for why am I as a customer being denied that when you clearly have it!! Idk the manager or the employees name but this just happens today April 19th 2025 between 5pm -5:30pm Ish Lastly I want to say thank you to the McDonald’s that was only a couple minutes away on 7850 W Tidwell Rd Houston, TX 77040 !! Then we pay and the worker tells us to pull around to spot #1. THE SPOT DOESNT EXIST! We drove around trying to find it and what was supposed to be a 4 minute stop turned into 20 minutes as we then had to go inside and wait forever for someone to greet us so we could tell them spot 1 doesn’t exist JUST to receive the WRONG FOOD!
I didn’t bother walking in to get the correct food because I didn’t want to wait an extra 20 minutes to be greeted and have the problem corrected.
Whoever is managing this place must care about “Window Times” more than they care about the customer experience because this was just a horrible experience.

You see, my daughter ordered a caramel frappé with ice in the bottom. When we received it, they did not put the ice in the bottom. When we mentioned it, a large Mexican woman said something in Spanish , obviously assuming that we couldn't understand her. I immediately say my daughter's face change. When we left, I asked her what was wrong. She speaks Spanish, by the way. She said, "you don't want to know."
