Made a trip back due to missing 2sandwiches ..Asked for management to have the entire order replaced to ensure hot food since we had to drive back..was told by Jackie (manager or leadership on duty at the time) that they needed receipt which had a copy taped to box ; Original left home as we jumped back out to retrieve missing food. We were told they could not remake everything fresh even after being hurried and assured when asked if everything was included in bundle box ordered plus extra burgers and fries thru drive thru that everything was in the box..we requested refund if food could not be made fresh…Jackie did not apologize for the inconvenience just turned around to speak to other employees in Spanish then had employee to ask for card to provide refund.. receipt for refund was just a duplicate of original receipt..I then drove back to get proper documentation on refund of order .. still no apology from Jackie.. my son eats at Mac Donald’s every single night after he gets off work and sometimes lunch and breakfast too so we should be valued as customers.. My son stated he is always treated well as a lot of the staff knows him by face.. He was with me on this visit and is very disappointed how Jackie did not care to satisfy our request ..He is not sure if he will be returning and if he does it will be because of the great encounters from the other crew members he has received great service...
Read moreI have eaten here several times and picked up food here as a delivery driver many times. I have only had ONE issue until today. My boyfriend paid over $30 for food. They did not give us all the sauces we asked for which was no big deal to me. My oldest daughter did want ketchup for her nuggets. They did not give us the ketchup packet or a straw for the drink that came with tthe meal we ordered, but that was on us I thought for not checking. I went back and told the guy at the intercom that I was just coming back to get ketchup. He told me to go to the second window. I did. I had my receipt and started to tell the guy I was there for ketchup and I had someone else's order. The guy at the second window handed me a small bag, a straw, and a drink without confirming my order. I thought it was a free drink or something for forgetting. I looked in the bag and saw it was someone's order. I immediatley went back and told the guy at the intercom I was returning for ketchup. Told me to go to the second window and the guy there, who said he was the manager, acted like I had stolen food. I tried to explain and he became very accusatory. He said his name was Manuel Perez. He was rude and I believe a tad prejudiced in his dealings with me. F* you sir. Why would I still on camera with food in the car with a receipt, telling you that you gave me the wrong order?...

Before we moved we continued to go to this store even though our order was wrong the majority of the time. We would leave a bad review but get no response.
The last time was the straw that broke the camels back. Once again the loader was wrong and food was forgotten.
I sent a complaint to corporate and I got an email from the area supervisor. In the email she said ," You can stop by for a full refund of your order or a full replacement.". Her exact statement, word for word.
I go by today and the manager texted the area supervisor. The area supervisor went from "full" to only the cheeseburger that was made incorrectly. I walked out.
My issue is she said one thing but then did another. Yes the order was about $39. To me it's the principle. If you say you are going to do something, do it. I was surprised about the full order refund or replacement, I was not expecting it. When I saw that I was wow, loyalty does pay off. But I was obviously dead wrong.
