Let me start out by saying that I’ve gone to this place many times in the past. Today (6/26/21) I went to this place to eat pho and bun with my girls and I was really disappointed. I’m not sure if the management change but the portions have really dwindled. When I order a bun(vermicelli with pork, shrimp and egg rolls for $10 plus you expect to get a good meat potion. As you can see on the picture, they gave me thin slices of meat and egg roll is burned and I get 3 small shrimps! Cmon, really? They fill it up with just noodles, maybe for people that do not order a lot of bun this is sufficient, but I’ve had bun at many other places and they give more portions! Just really disappointed. I talked to the staff and all they can say was sorry and that their manager was not there to talk to me about it.

I went here because I was in the area craving bon bo hue, and my normal place was 45 min away. The exterior matches most Houston strip mall restaurants, but the inside felt homely and comfortable. I like pho, but love bon no hue, so I was excited to try it. All the ingredients were there, from the lime wedges, blood curds, slices of fat, etc and they all smelt and tasted fresh. Unfortunately, the broth was a huge let down. I usually go to a restaurant that only serves this dish and when you compare the two, this one tastes shallow. it was good, it was pho good. But a good bon bo hue will destroy any pho with its depth and range of flavors. I am not rating this restaurant on any other dish but this one, since it is my favorite, and according to this dish, it was ok.

Don't recommend this placešŸ‘Ž...poor customer service (doesn't hurt to greet your customers with hi or crack a smile or even tell your customer thank you) Over priced for amount of food they give you because they are "STINGY" with everything from noodles, veggies, meat, down to amount of sauces they give you.. they don't believe in the value of customer satisfaction nor respect our safety whole staff didn't wear face masks😷 and for my large pho taišŸ² $9.20 w/ taxes the amount of food I got for that price was totally ridiculous looks more like child size they are a "RIPOFF" and need to be ashamed of themselves

We stopped by the restaurant after a light dinner because my boyfriend and his brother wanted to grab some soup.

This was the first time I've visited since I live out of town, and it had the best rating so we decided to give it a go.

We ordered two large phos, and the broth was amazing. It had a light flavor that wasn't too overbearing but still had a good amount of flavor to enjoy the pho.

The reason why I gave this restaurant only 3 stars is because one of the employees (or I think is the owner) kept pushing us to order one more. Like I had mentioned, we had just had dinner, and it was enough to make me full but not my boyfriend and his brother. When we only ordered two, he kept asking if another person is coming and if we want to order for them. We let him know that my boyfriend and his brother would be the only people eating, and he kept giving us a look that made us feel uncomfortable. I just didn't feel like eating and I felt like he was glaring down at us to get us to order one more dish.

I just kept looking away because it made me feel uncomfortable and almost guilty for not wanting to eat. I just wanted to sit at the table with my party. I wish I had a better experience because the food was great and I'd wanna visit when I go back, but I...

I was highly recommended this place from a good friend. Have been looking for a new go to since I just moved to the area. So I had great expectations. Unfortunately the food and atmosphere was subpar at most. Nothing really made me say ummmm. I had the well done flank pho and had to pull out pieces that felt like skin in my mouth no meat on it just skin. That should have been trimmed instead of added as meat. The spring roll had hard pieces in them. The chilli sauce was down to about 10 percent and the lid was filled with finger prints. The broth was ok but nothing special. Cleanliness was definitely not here buckets and wet signs great you at the entrance instead of a warm welcome. Received a dirty dish. Also on the way back from the restroom I counted 7 dirty tables. This is after being in here for 30 minutes. Needless to say I probably won’t be coming back. Maybe and off day! Maybe the place is going downhill but my buddy never disappoints with his recommendations. I’ll just have to make the 45 minute drive to my go to...

This place is my go-to pho restaurant because of the fast and friendly service. The pho comes out fast, fresh, authentic, and tasty! I also order their thai tea, which is a great drink alongside the pho.

The place itself has a casual and relaxed atmosphere with a modern, clean interior. Their seating area is large which has the ability to occupy a large family. In addition, there is a mall and a movie theater nearby.

There are some days and times when parking can be full. Luckily, Google gives users the ability to check how crowded places are at certain times. Sometimes there are only 3 tables that are occupied. On the other hand, even if there are a lot people in the restaurant, they always have free space.

Personally for me, I order a #3 with a thai tea. My only complaint would be that the amount of thai tea they give is a small amount, so I recommend asking for a water...
