This morning like every Sunday morning I stop to get my son his donuts to take to his baseball team and today I ordered and then I told the cashier at the window that I needed the order to be in two separate boxes please and she said she could buy it was going to be extra which I asked why and she said it was two desperate orders then I said well put them all in one box then and then repeated my order to her and she said what was the order and I told her I just told you and all this was in Spanish and she had me repeat my order and I did by this I was upset because I’ve never had a problem there untill today and after she got the order I told her did you understand my order and she was being smart mouth and asked again is that all and I said did you get my order right and she said it again is that all and I told her you know what I don’t want anything anymore as me drove off and I know for a fact the cashier said something else but I wasn’t going to argue with her I left with my son being upset and having to go to another place to get donuts for my son and his team like I said I’ve never had an issue here before and I was just shocked cashier was being so rude and mean she needs to...

It was great most of the employees were nice and courteous. At first glanced a young gentleman with flip flops seemed to be working up front. I was skeptical about if I should stay and order but seeing as he handled the first 3 people quickly, which I'm almost certain they were regular customers, I decided to give it a shot. I gave him the order which included 3 dozens mixed donuts 3 glazed/glazed cake donuts 3 dozens of assorted kolaches and several drinks. I didn't have to repeat my order back, the service was fast and smooth before I knew it i was out the door with a smile but not before handing 5$tip to the young gentleman. Be considerate of other people waiting in line behind you especially if you have kids don't take up 15 mins on an order that would take less than 3 minutes to prepare. Wow, it delicious you got to get some more but I used to eat them once in awhile yeah I'm a diabetic I'll just get the plane cinnamon donut just one I love the bear donuts the big one the bear donut and Ella that's open 24 hours my husband I was used to go there. There's another one right here on Tidwell they don't make a big bear make a small one good nice good black coffee or chocolate milk or white milk sure you're eating with other breakfast besides the donut.
