This location opened less than a month ago and I’ve been eyeing it ever since it’s creation. The food is delicious and incomparable to other Chinese restaurants. The ingredients are fresh and tasty, and the portions are large. They don’t focus on covering the dish with sauce, they cook the flavor inside the meats and noodles. I ordered the pineapple chicken, the crispy chicken was juicy and crispy, and the pineapple sauce was light yet the perfect pairing. It even has some peppers to give a little kick. My friend ordered the sesame chicken and it also was pretty juicy and popped with flavor. The lo mein noodles were by far the best I’ve honestly had anywhere. This restaurant has very late hours so whether you get off work late or need something to much on after some festivities, they are sure to have a dish for you. They offer an amazing lunch/ dinner deal. Unfortunately I was unable to get it as it’s only offered on weekdays. It comes with an entree, an appetizer, a drink and a dessert ( if you dine in). For only $6.25 and $8.25 respectfully. They also have a family deal, which seems to hold value for $39.99. This is sure to be a favorable place when I crave some tasty Chinese.

The W was recommended to me as having great value. The people here are very polite and friendly, and it is definitely a family friendly restaurant. The clientele are very happy and laugh, and it is a very enjoyable place. They have quiet jazz/Christmas music and TV’s playing in the background (today is a tour of China), and the restaurant was surprisingly quiet with a car show happening outside. There is plenty of seating at the shiny tables. Everything is cooked to order with no MSG or added salt. I ordered the general gao fish with a side of vegetables. They allow you to choose your vegetables as well, and they are chopped and cooked perfectly. The sea bass comes with a lot of sticky white rice that is easy to pick up with chopsticks (per request). I was so full, because everything was delicious. The waitress made ordering fast and easy. The international team fill in for each other if one is busy, and I felt tended to often. You would have to wait a little while as W is popular with takeout. It is worth the wait. I would definitely come again! Thank you! Enjoy and I hope you get a good fortune from the cookie!

• After 10:00pm you cannot go inside but they have a window at the front of the store (like a drive-thru window) they use to talk to you. • The employee was so nice and helpful. I really appreciate his wonderful customer service. •He said the food would be ready in 10-15mins and everything was ready in 8 mins. Super fast! • The food was piping hot. The sesame chicken was sweet (to be expected for American Chinese) and it had big chunks of chicken. No mystery meat here! The egg drop soup and fried rice was lightly flavored which was a nice contrast to the strong flavor of the sesame chicken. The cheese puffs were sweet 😞 which I hate (but someone else might love it). But, they were definitely cooked beautifully. The pork eggroll was AMAZING. I know I'm going to miss this place when I go back home. They're even open until 2am! I'm glad I gave them a chance.

My mom and I went here for our first time today after seeing a review on Tik Tok.Our two waitresses were extremely nice great customer service and very attentive. Our food was good especially for the affordable price. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing perfect place for SENSORY FRIENDLY/AUTISM needs but keep in mind there are only two individual bathrooms. The bathrooms are very clean and maintained.

Our experience was ALMOST perfect.I am giving 3 stars due to an incident that occurred near the end of our dining experience right when we were paying. I didn’t see the entire experience but I saw enough. One of the male staff (maybe the owner) yelled at one of the female waitresses in what seemed to be Mandarin in front of all the customers. I found this to be very disrespectful regardless of the reason you don’t behave like that or treat women/staff like that especially in front of customers. One gentlemen found this extremely rude and it seemed like he was waiting for his food for a long time it seemed like maybe the owner was blaming waitress for the customer not getting his food.Although I can’t say for sure this is how it seemed. The customer decided that he wanted a refund because he didn’t like the way the male staff (owner) yelled at his waitresses and requested a refund since he never touched his food in the bag.The waitress even told the owner “you don’t scream at me especially in front of customers.”The customer and owner proceeded to have a huge argument in front of everyone and the owner yelled at the customer saying “No” in response to him asking for a refund. The customer threatened to call the police. The male customer declared the owner racist although idk if that was the case other customers coming in seemed to take his advice at face value when he said “don’t buy food from here he’s racist.” Things settled down the waitresses took our check and apologized profusely such nice ladies and I felt so bad for the disrespect they received. As we left to the car we noticed the owner was pacing back and forth outside the restaurant waiting for the police. It seemed like he left the restaurant completely walking away in order to avoid the cops after the customer called on the owner for a refund which he refused to give him.

It was a very strange experience…. Anyway I don’t blame the waitresses our experience was almost perfect and our service was great BUT the owner has some serious anger issues and needs to learn to treat his staff and customers properly with respect.Customer service is a skill that requires people to know how to satisfy the customers and exhibit customer resolution and the owner has terrible people skills.Such a shame because the food and...

I asked for extra duck and soy sauce as I got two orders of chicken wings and one order of fried rice. They let me know that they have a policy where they only give you five packs maximum regardless of what you order, or how much you spend, and they charge you $.10 per pack for anything extra. However they don't even have a mechanism to charge you $.10 per extra on DoorDash. They ended up giving me two packs of duck sauce, two packs of soy sauce, and putting this nasty sweet teriyaki tasting soy sauce in a ramekin as a "favor" which they could've kept. I've never been nickel and dime on duck and soy sauce at a Chinese restaurant, especially after spending over $50. I only even ate here because it was Christmas. I recommend China Stix instead, their food actually taste good and they fint nickel anddime you. Beside the unfortunate sauce incident, the rice was not good and barely had any soy sauce on it, and the chicken wings were simply OK. Cream cheese puffs are a hard pass. They charged me chicken wing pieces for $10 for six wingpiecesx which is $10 for three whole wings. If you think that's worth your money, that's on you but I don't....
