I can’t say enough about the customer service at this place! A lot of people are stressed now due to the power outage and the hardship it brings. I’m on day 5 without power!!! Anyhoo… the two young men working, Jona and Andy, brightened up everyone’s mood in the line with their humor and positivity. It’s super obvious they like working and interacting with customers. It’s so nice to go places and people have good energy. Kudos to Jona and Andy. Pokeworks is one of the few food spots in the area that is open!!!!!!!!! Today is my first time here because of the limited options of places open. The bowls are soooooooooooooo yummy. I had the sweet sesame chicken and a garlic spam musubi omg!!! Jordan, another nice guy, gave us cups of water with ice because it was soooooooooo hot outside. He did it without asking. Another great thing is they have hand sanitizer next to the register. Best Service! Best Emery! I can confidently say this is my absolute favorite spot for poke! The food is always fresh and delicious, but what truly sets this place apart is the incredible service. Emery, one of their staff, is on another level of amazing. He listens so patiently to every single request, and the way he works is nothing short of a true gentleman. You can instantly feel his kindness and sincerity—he handles everything with such care, paying attention to even the smallest details.

This shop is run by three gentlemen, and you can tell they take immense pride in what they do. The place is spotless, organized, and has such a positive, welcoming energy.
