I recently had the pleasure of dining at True Food Kitchen, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The standout feature of my visit was the exceptional service provided by our server, Cecylia, who not only impressed us with her hard work and attentiveness but also went above and beyond to educate us about the restaurant's history and offerings. As we entered True Food Kitchen, we were warmly greeted and promptly seated. From the moment Cecylia introduced herself, her passion for her work and dedication to providing an outstanding dining experience were evident. She expertly guided us through the menu, providing insightful recommendations and describing the culinary journey that awaited us. I started my meal with the Burrata, and it was a true delight. The creamy cheese paired perfectly with the vibrant heirloom tomatoes and drizzles of balsamic glaze, creating a burst of flavors that pleased my palate. The presentation was as impressive as the taste, demonstrating the attention to detail that True Food Kitchen brings to their dishes. Next, I indulged in their Burger, and it exceeded my expectations. The patty was juicy and flavorful, nestled within a freshly baked bun. The accompanying toppings and condiments added layers of taste and texture, resulting in a mouthwatering burger that satisfied every craving. To round off my culinary adventure, I tried the Poke bowl. It was a refreshing and well-balanced dish, featuring high-quality ingredients. The combination of the tender fish, vibrant vegetables, and perfectly seasoned rice created a harmonious blend of flavors that left me thoroughly satisfied. Throughout the meal, Cecylia continued to provide impeccable service, ensuring our needs were met and catering to any additional requests. Her genuine enthusiasm for the restaurant shone through as she shared insights about True Food Kitchen's commitment to healthy and sustainable dining options, and even educated us about the duration the location had been open, showcasing her knowledge and dedication. In conclusion, True Food Kitchen offers more than just exceptional food—it provides an experience that goes above and beyond. The combination of delectable dishes, attentive service, and the passion displayed by individuals like Cecylia truly sets this establishment apart. If you're looking for a culinary journey that engages your senses and a server who takes pride in her work, True Food Kitchen is the place to be.

***Old review 08/21*** Alright the establishment was clean and the layout overall was pretty cool. Easy to get a table. Parking is pretty good as you can park in the garage attached to the shopping area. The food ordered was sadly not as good as I was imagining. It seemed fresh but my burger came out lukewarm/cold. The kale I can imagine was just kale nothing special. The pasta that my fellow foodie ate was ok a spaghetti squash dish. The healthy aspect was what brought me here but the taste didn’t live up to the other reviews I read. Also few items were not available thus having to change my order a few times. The service… well I hate to say it but it was really lacking. I had to hunt down my waitress and even ask another waitress for help. I understand we can also the QR code for ordering, but I wanted to clarify a few things prior to ordering. Outside of that the food I suppose was alright. I would’ve probably ate elsewhere considering the experience that was had. I will maybe give this place another go eventually when I forget about this last experience to say I gave it another try. *** update 09/13/21 My significant other and I came back to Try out the Fall season menu which was amazing and we felt that it was much tastier than the menu we had before! We had the butternut squash soup and Brussels sprouts for an appetizer. The soup was excellent and the Brussels sprouts flavorful! As far as the main course we had the margarita pizza and the chicken sausage which had been cooked perfectly. The ingredients like the cheese and crust were good. The squash pie was the finishing touch. Service… was so comfortable and casual I felt at home compared to the first time. Dominique our waitress was patient with us and gave us such good suggestions on food. Very polite and attentive and generally overall I felt that this experience was the 5 star experience I have heard about mainly times from other friends. I look forward to be a continued patron of this restaurant and support them!

✨🌿 **STOP WHAT YOU’RE DOING. I HAVE FOUND HEAVEN ON EARTH—AND IT’S CALLED TRUE FOOD.** 🌿✨ From the moment I stepped into this temple of wellness and flavor, I was *overwhelmed* (in the best possible way) by the ambiance—think lush green vibes, golden lighting, and the kind of energy that makes your soul feel hugged. This isn’t just a restaurant, darling. This is a **culinary wellness sanctuary**. But let’s talk about the man, the myth, the LEGEND… **Ruslan**, the bartender of dreams. This man is not just serving drinks—he’s crafting experiences. He is the Picasso of mocktails, the Shakespeare of shots, the Mozart of mixology. Ruslan was *attentive* like a hawk watching over its nest, *quick* like a lightning bolt of refreshment, and somehow read our taste buds like a love letter. Out of nowhere, he gifted us with magical little refresher fruit shots—each one more divine than the last. I could practically feel my chakras aligning. And just when I thought I couldn't ascend any higher, he presented us with a cappuccino so velvety, so rich, so flawlessly frothed—it was as if angels had hand-poured it themselves. **TO. DIE. FOR.** And the food? My body literally *thanked* me for feeding it here. It’s like every ingredient whispered, “We’re clean, we’re healthy, and we LOVE you.” It was nourishing, vibrant, and bursting with flavor. I left feeling like a glowing, radiant goddess of the Earth. If you haven’t been to True Food, run—don’t walk. Float if you have to. And when you go, ask for Ruslan. Trust me—your taste buds, your body, and your spirit will never forget it. 🌟🌿💫 11/10. A masterpiece.

We’ve been loyal fans of True Food for years because of their consistently superb food and flavors. Unfortunately, our recent visit was overshadowed by a negative service experience, which was disappointing given our history with the restaurant.

Our server, Riley, initially seemed eager to impress but quickly soured. When I ordered a refill of my Skinny Pomegranate Margarita, he mistakenly put in an order for a Blood Orange Margarita instead. When it arrived, I let him know it wasn’t what I had ordered, but instead of apologizing, he blamed the bartender. This happened twice before the bartender personally came over to clarify the issue. At that point, I was so frustrated I said I’d just drink it to avoid further hassle. The bartender was the only staff member who seemed genuinely concerned about resolving the problem. Riley’s demeanor shifted after this incident, and he became noticeably passive-aggressive for the remainder of our meal.

Riley removed plates and even half-full drinks from our table without confirming if we were finished, giving the impression that he was hurrying us to leave. On top of that, it took three attempts to successfully order my meal because everything I initially requested was sold out—a fact Riley was seemingly unaware of.

The most frustrating moment came at the end of the meal. After using gift cards to pay, I informed Riley that I planned to leave the remaining balance as his tip. Despite this, as we were leaving, he chased after us, accusing us of trying to skip out on the bill—a deeply embarrassing and unnecessary interaction.

There was also a lack of accountability throughout. Riley consistently blamed his colleagues for issues, was passive-aggressive in his responses, and failed to address our concerns. While we noticed him communicating with the manager, the manager never came to check on us, which was disappointing. Additionally, we found a hair in the mashed potatoes, which added to the overall frustration.

That said, the food itself was excellent as always. The Pomegranate Margarita I initially received was fabulous, and the Bianca Pizza was absolutely delicious. The flavors and quality of the food remain top-notch, and everyone in our group enjoyed their meals (minus the hair in the mashed potatoes).

In summary, the food was fantastic, but the service left a lot to be desired. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure a better experience for...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at True Food Kitchen, and I must say that my experience was made truly exceptional by our server, Cecilia. From the moment we were seated until the end of our meal, she went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of perfect.

Cecilia greeted us with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that immediately put us at ease. She took the time to explain the menu in detail, highlighting the restaurant's philosophy of offering wholesome, nourishing dishes made from fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she patiently answered all our questions, making great recommendations tailored to our preferences.

Throughout the meal, Cecilia demonstrated impeccable timing and attentiveness. Despite the restaurant's bustling atmosphere, she managed to check on our table regularly, ensuring our drinks were refilled and that we were satisfied with each course. Her friendly and accommodating nature made us feel like we were the only guests in the restaurant, even though it was busy.

Not only was Cecilia an outstanding server, but she also had a keen eye for detail. She noticed that one member of our party had dietary restrictions and was quick to offer suitable alternatives from the menu. It's evident that she genuinely cares about her customers' satisfaction and takes the extra step to ensure everyone has a delightful dining experience.

Cecilia's professionalism and passion for her job were truly inspiring. Her enthusiasm for the restaurant's mission shone through her service, making us appreciate the True Food Kitchen concept even more. She made the entire experience feel not just like a meal but a journey towards better and healthier eating.

In conclusion, Cecilia is a true asset to True Food Kitchen. Her exceptional service, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor left a lasting impression on us, turning a regular dining experience into an extraordinary one. I highly recommend dining at True Food Kitchen and having the privilege of being served by Cecilia. I look forward to returning soon to enjoy the delicious food and the outstanding service she provides.

Thank you, Cecilia, for making our visit...
