They sell your contact information. A year after using this company I am still bombarded with phone calls and emails from all sorts of real estate related businesses, as are my fellow colleagues who also used School Estate. There were also so many typos in the texts and answers on tests that were marked 'incorrect' that I would then go back and search through the text to see that very answer there in black and white. I failed one test due to this issue. Only one of the questions I got 'wrong' was actually wrong! They have terrible customer service as well. I would have to follow up with my question multiple times before I ever received a response and they never actually answered any of my questions either. I would receive generic responses that had to do with the subject of my question, but it was obvious that they had not actually read my question. I would not recommend this company. I'm a first time applicant for the Texas Real Estate Licensing with zero prior experience or understanding about how the licensure process works. School Estate made the whole process run SO smoothly. The courses are very detailed and Blaise Timco is extremely helpful. He is kind and patient with you in helping you navigate and study for your exams. I recommend spending that extra money in getting the physical textbooks shipped out to you. It comes with workbooks for all 6 courses that go along with the video presentations. After completing the 180 hours, the class also offers a preparation program that draws multiple questions reviewing each subject in full detail that will really help you further understand the material in both the state and national exam.
