Pollo Bravo — Restaurant in Houston

Definitely the worst service, I ordered food by phone and they give the order incomplete, when I call them about their mistake a useless lady in charge just told me she can't do nothing cause she don't know what to do, she ask me go there one more time and pick it up the food they don't put in my order but they charge for it make me lost more time, in the frito pieces of steelwood came on it what kind of food is it? So be careful if you order something in this place cause they don't care about the costumer service. Definitely don't recommend at all this place it's a really small place and they don't care about the orders. I send a email to the email address showed in the receipt and don't exist also I contact the website and until now nobody take any action about it so what kind of service this place offer? Food is fine expensive for the place but it's fine just the service they need improve a lot cause was really...

Chicken was very moist, not very flavorful. The skin wasn't crispy, and was a little too salty. The fried cassava (yucca) was salted (in a good way) and was super crispy on the outside, not very creamy on the inside. The spicy fries were soggy, but the seasoning on them was spicy and flavorful. The bravo sauce is creamy, not like the usual green sauce served at other chicken places, but it was good. They give you 1 container of sauce. Extra sauce is $0.45 per container which might not seem like a lot, but that container is tiiiiny. The cashier didn't speak english very well, a waitress had to help her take my order, so that and the blandness of the chicken knocked off a couple stars. Would I come back? Maybe, but not anytime soon and I wouldn't go out of my way...

As a peruvian, I hate to say this but I was very disappointed. While the customer service and atmosphere were great. This isn't peruvian food, and should not be advertise as such. The causa rellena was sweet, yes, sweet! I don't know how that happens? Was it too much american corn or golf sauce? Was the salt confused by the sugar? Idk, but it tasted sweet. I also had ceviche, and It was the blandest ceviche I have tried in my life. La crema volteada aka flan was actually good, no caramel, very dry, but it tasted really good. The pollo a la brasa smelled better than tasted it. It was ok, but closer to a rotisserie chicken than a pollo a la brasa or should I say dove a la brasa? ... portions were tiny for all dishes. I literally had 2 spoons of ceviche (yes,...
