I have been a loyal customer at this Starbucks since the day it has been open :-)! I'm so glad that this place has a drive-thru if you're in a hurry to get a quick coffee you can go to the drive-thru :-)! I wish this place could be a little bigger because it's quite tight in there and a bigger and more toilets restroom:-(! But, they do give great service and it's always very clean in there but the tables is too small they need more tables there :-(! :-)! I love the selection you could choose from :-) of drinks and food :-)! The best that I know around the whole Houston area is the one located on South Post Oak and Westheimer :-)! There is plenty of parking for sure and it is free and they also have handicap parking but I think they need more :-) :-(! I love Starbucks they have the world's greatest coffee and my favorite is Fillapichino and iced coffee and my most favorite number one is the whip cream with toffee iced coffee and of course their pastries :-)! I do think it is a little pricey but very delicious :-( :-)! I feel bad and feels very sorry that there's people that is homeless but I do have to warn to you all if you like to help somebody there is a homeless man that is begging for money he is super skinny where's a great t-shirt and is the black man it is extremely sad when people are homeless but one time and it was very extremely scary one of the homeless man threatens with a gun at my aunt and uncles car located on Hillcroft and 59 Southwest Freeway threatening to give up their wallet and purse just because they were driving their Mercedes just because they did not want the window wash but by God's grace A great miracle while my aunt was praying there was another homeless man that was so kind to try to stop him from robbing and killing my aunt and uncle at the red light stop and I experienced at the same location also of giving two bags of groceries and this homeless White man taught me a lesson he had a sign that he is very hungry he took one of my boxes of cereal and through it all over my car and start getting angry and yelling at me and here I am sacrificing and donating for him and he did not appreciate it :-(! I'm not saying that all homeless people are bad I still donating too I think they do really needed help and donation especially the elderly and handicapped people :-) :-(! I love the variety of choices of gift cards and that they give you points and free coffee if you join the membership for being a loyal customer and also I love about Starbucks that they sell candies and items that you cannot get it in the groceries store:-)! I think that this place will have more customers if they have a lower price :-)! Another thing if you order your pastry to go please make sure to look at the expiration date because I went to the Starbucks at Highway 6 and I was totally shocked that they were selling and giving expire pastries:-(! I hope they bring back that great $1 pastry sale or when you buy a coffee they give you the coupons where you can get free pastries normally they do this in October :-)! Read moreTerrible service 👎🏽. Slow drive thru 😒. I waited 15min for my order that I repeated 3x. The order was repeated by the order taker. Then I heard him mumble to someone "i hate when i do that". I think he entered it incorrectly on his end, but failed to communicate that. I asked through the window if he'd like for me to repeat it. dead silence for 2minutes. Not knowing what was going on I drove forward.With an attitude he says he never put my order in because I drove off (even though it was repeated by he and I both 3x). The attempted to chastise me because I drove to the window. This is unacceptable.My issue is not only the dishonesty but the unprofessionalism. I can almost bet he's new(I frequent this location) and messed up the order screen on his end. rather than communicating that he erased or fudged the order, (and taking some accountability) he passes it on to the customer. private 🗣 conversations was heard about myself thru the mic in the driveway. he either forgot to mute himself or just didnt care 3.The quality of service and professionalism at this location has gone down tremendously. Often orders are made wrong, time spent in a drive thru takes longer than normal and the overall jovial experience at the window is lacking in comparison to other locations. the turn over rate seems high at this location and I know exactly why. Something is going on with the hiring, the competency and the professionalism at this place. STARBUCKS drinks are too expensive to get wrong. Mistakes happen, yes. Now keep in mind I’m a Public Servant at my job for 19 years and I walked in Spoke and I was Loaded with Passengers!!!! Ok I needed to use the Restroom and asked and an Asian young girl behind the counter said I needed to make a Purchase?????
