I arrived this location April 7 / 2016 around 3:00PM.because of my phone doesn't connect to the net work. To speak the associat it's took above 20 min. Then I met associate Kevin. I told him the details about my phone problems it's only dosen't connected to the net work. He tried to fix the problem but, he couldn't finally he told me the best solution is re- setting then I allowed he. Finally he told me the phone is completely damaged. When I asked him he told me your phone is cheaper phone because of that it will not repaired you have to "upgrade" said . He Discrmmenated me. Then I asked to speak with the store manager Zulma she trreted me the same way but, I refuse her decision finally they tried to give me the old system flip phone. I was not agree because my phone is isn't filp it's touch screen. After that she told me as I can pic the same model from store #2831 @6516 westhimer Ro. When I get there the associat & stor manager they told me as any body doesn't call them and they don't have that model. I went back to manager Zulma. She told me if they don't have we couldn't do anything for you she said then with out my willing I took un proper filp phone. This is the indication of un skilled person on that location. Read moreThe employees there are RUDE! Horrible customer service!... The employee EMMELINE got mad just because we were asking about the offers and discounts that we were offered one day before by another employee... She was supposed to know how to handle the situation, but she decided just not to sell us the phone because we were asking questions.......... and she already had run our credit (and got approved) and I was ready to pay but SHE DECIDED to stop the sale. I said that I never canceled the shopping, but she just made that decision. Obviously, I got upset too, but she continued arguing with us instead of completing the transaction. (By the way, she missed the commission for the sale) The other employees, instead of taking control of the situation or try to calm us down, they ASKED US TO LEAVE (unbelievable). Seems like these team don't want to sell anything. Fortunately, I did some research and TMOBILE has a CODE OF BUSINESS CONDUCT, where we can report this kind of employee's attitude and I think I am going to have to do that because this kind of service cannot continue happening. She told me she couldn’t help me fix an issue she caused because it was passed my exchange period she fooled me in to taking 2 iPads and 2 Apple Watches and said it will be $30 a month for the iPads and $20 for the Apple Watches, now that I see my bill that’s just for the service. I have to pay an extra $20 in equipment charges plus the insurance she added without my knowledge on each device that total to be over $40. She said she would call me back and has yet to call me to fix her mistake and it’s been 2 months. Every time I call she’s not there and every time I go in she’s not available. If she was honest from the start it would not be a problem but I went in to buy an iPhone and ended up with over $2,000 in devices because I’m passed my exchange period but I didn’t receive a bill till past my exchange period.
