Time Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

I had to throw a whole pie away because I couldn't call the store to confirm if it was halal.

Background: I saw the menu on some reviews here that say "Halal" so I ordered a meat lovers pizza. But when I got it my heart didn't feel at ease as it looked like it had pork in it, I went on their website looking for confirmation that it's halal and there was no mention of that. I looked at the meat lovers description and it said ham and bacon.

I called the store more than 10 times, and always got "busy line" so I assume the phone was intentionally disconnected.

I had no choice but to throw away the pizza.

Please do better, and keep all communication channels open, your customers...

I order a pizza through the phone and picked it up in person. The large pepperoni pizza I bought was supposed to be $17.99 plus tax and when I saw the total be more than expected I asked him about it. He said that is just the taxes that he didn’t add anything extra even do I saw him change the price. I saw the receipt on my way out with the pizza price of 18.99 before taxes instead of $17.99 before taxes. Since he just lied about not up charging me, I decided to keep walking. I’m using as proof so that people will not trust this pizza place with their money. For context I didn’t request any add ons or anything special. They lost me and my family as customers...

Very disappointing experience. You can tell the product has amazing potential. Ingredients taste amazing but human error sucks. Large pepperoni bomb pizza. Half the pizza has no sauce. Like peel the cheese back and nothing underneath it. That half was dry and tough but had pepperoni. The half with sauce was great, cooked perfectly but had 2 pieces of pepperoni across 3 large slices. The crust was not cut either, looked cut but didn't make it through crust. Out of the whole large pizza I'm throwing half away because it is nothing like what was ordered. And they didn't include the dessert I paid for. All of these amount to human error or laziness,...
