Zero stars. Today at 10:45 p.m there was an employee working drive through she was extremely rude! I asked which tea was sweet and she snapped saying "I don't know. I mixed them up" I felt horrible never been treated like that I was respectful towards her. Then she kept treating me like that. I was a bit angry at the end so I asked if she could check if the meals had the bread because earlier today I went and they didn't give me the bread. She affirmed the bread were there (with attitude). I said ok, can you check and she gave me attitude. I had to check for my self I asked for hot sauce yes in this order because I was already pissed. She threw it at me. A white lady with blue shirt (manager?) heard but did nothing my experience today was horrible. I'm sorry if you had a busy day today but it's not my fault specially because I kept my cool and was always respectful. I worked in customer service for years and I know how it feels to get angry at a customer manager etc. but please don't take it out on the rest of us. Sorry if it's extensive and bad grammar I'm really upset and don't want to do anything with raising canes ever again. Really bad experience twice...
Read moreWow, great customer service! Everyone mistakes, it's how you handel it that makes the difference. Back in October, my daughter had picked up our order; however, she didn't check it before leaving. Unfortunately, they had messed up our order and 1 person had to do without food. I called and spoke with the manager. Of course she said, I could come get it. But, I was not going to drive all the way back there. It was late, I was tired, and l was doing something. After all, that's why we were having fast food. So, she took my name and told me I could come another time. Well, that time was today. I was out exchanging gifts and since I was tired of Christmas leftovers - I pulled in. No problems what so ever. I had a picture of the receipt and they duplicated the entire order. It was AMAZING! The whole family got a late Christmas gift! What a way to start off the New Year! Thank you Cane's! You have a life...

I pull up, say what I want, they say total, first window takes the card, gives it back in 5 seconds with a receipt, second window hands me the drink before my car comes to a complete stop, hands me the chicken before I had time to put the drink in the cup holder, then says "sorry for the wait." If the chicken were served any faster here, they would literally have to throw it at you as you drive by. The chicken is so hot when you get it, it's hard to eat just yet, and it's so juicy, when you try to eat it anyways (because you won't be able to stop), the juice is so hot it will burn your hand. If it were any fresher, it would be cluck cluck clucking around in the box. This drive thru is where they send F1 pit stop...
