Just arrived and placed my order. The plan was to dine in, however the aroma of gas is so profound, my family and I decided to take it to go. We're currently waiting outside until our order is ready. Aside from getting a headache from the gas, the service was horrible as well. The young lady at the register gives you the blank stare of death instead of engaging her customer. We walked in and didn't know if we were supposed to go straight to a table or not. So we waiting for a few minutes before I finally asked if I order first or sit. Apparently you order first then sit down. Would have been awesome to have that explained to us by one of the two employees here today. I see why there is absolutely nobody here except me and my family. This place is dark, quiet, and seems off. I've had more fun at funerals. I won't be coming back. P.S. the smell from the gas honestly has me feeling kind of sick now and I've been outside for 20 minutes waiting for my food. Won't be surprised if this place...
Read moreJust got home from the.hospital. Starving. Ordered two pizzas from here. One was ordered as Pinapple and Anchovies (both of which are on the menu). Not to mention that it was just sat on my porch wo a call, text etc but that’s on door dash). But it didn’t help the situation. I open the boxes excited for that particular pizza. No anchovies. I call the store and get someone and explained to him what happened “oh we don’t have anchovies. That’s what happened” I said it’s on the menu “yeah but we don’t actually have those”. “I said “well why didn’t you call me and I could have changed the entire pizza. Why would I want a cold pizza with just pinnacle on it. I wanted a protein of some kind. His reply “I’m sorry. But there’s nothing I can do for you” I asked if they could at least refund me for that pizza” his reply “no bc I mean you still got that pizza with pineapples. It’s still a pizza”. I just hung. What a waste. Oh and they were expensive pizzas I’ll just throw that in for good measure....
Read moreCalled to check on a Door Dash order I had placed an hour before. The employee had no idea what he was doing and should not have been the one answering phones. He answered “hello?” I said “…is this Russo’s?” He answered “yea…”. I told him I was checking on an order I’d placed earlier and it said my dasher was still waiting but that the store had confirmed it. He asked my name..twice. And said he couldn’t find it. Then he said they hadn’t made it yet. I asked to speak to his manager and he said “when he gets back. Do I put you on hold?” I waited for a minute, the employee came back and said my dasher was leaving with my order. The no communication is another issue I’ve addressed with Door Dash. Once I received my food super late, it was hot but it didn’t taste great. The garlic bread was good but the chicken parm was not. Looking at other reviews the lack of knowledge and respect from employees seems to be a trend. Y’all should really...
