*Update: April reached out and was sincerely apologetic about my experience. Explained team misunderstood when I requested a gift card because they have a specific name for theirs. Offered something of similar value on my app, appreciated the call, will be returning to this location.
Damian and Dominque are who I had a very disappointing experience with today. I ordered delivery andI was missing my yogurt parfait. I called the store was explained even thought it was their mistake I needed to call DoorDash to receive a refund from them. DoorDash explained it would be 7-10 business days. I called chick fil a back to request a gift card for the inconvenience, Damian said he could only offer a parfait replacement but I needed to pick it up since they donât deliver. He did not seem empathetic to the situation nor apologetic about the mistake. My manager, who the parfait was for, was so upset she asked me to go pick it up. When I arrived I asked what the problem was about me requesting a gift card, after some back and forth with Damian he said he âwould see what he could doâ and stepped away to talk to Seil, I could not hear what they were speaking about but she made a disgusted face and I saw her mouth ânoâ. Damian walked back over to me with Dominique and said he could not offer me anything more than the parfait. I asked who had made the final decision and Dominique spoke for him and said both of them. They were not transparent about who had the final say. I genuinely did not think I was asking for much by asking for a gift card for the inconvenience. I have received cards from chick fil a for much smaller incidents. I requested a call back from the store operator, not the manager on duty. Damian confirmed Iâd be receiving a call back from them. I will definitely be sharing my poor experience with my coworkers and clients about this location to avoid anyone else from having such a bad experience. I expected better from Chick fil a since theyâre one of the few restaurants that still provide excellent customer service. However, this location definitely does reflect that.    Read moreThis chic fil a DOES NOT cook your food to your liking!! They take the nuggets out WAYYY too early so theyâre really light; they have no crisp to them none whatsoever. I went to the the front and asked them to remake the nuggets for me and everyone told me no so my guy friend went back and asked for a manager and a black guy came and helped me, he was so nice and he cooked my nuggets the way I wanted them. Iâve been going back everyday since then but I guess today is his off day so I still decided to give them a try and once again the nuggets were light bright and soggy, I asked them to cook them longer and their response was âoh sorry, this is the color we cook themâ instead of issuing an apology first.. if someone is coming somewhere to spend THEIR hard earned money, they should be able to get their food to their liking! The same way you guys go out to eat and want your food a certain way, is the same way everyone else goes out to eat and want their food cooked a certain way!!! It does not come out of your paycheck to be kind or thoughtful to the next person! To the girls that had an attitude, I still hope you ladies have a blessed day! I will no longer give this chic fil a any of my services; not that they care.
Oh yea and when i went to the counter to let them know the nuggets werenât done and Iâd like them remade; this one lady at the counter tried to say âthatâs a DoorDash order, thatâs not even for herâ she tried to make it seem like I was taking someoneâs DoorDash order because she seen me in here 2x earlier today picking up DoorDash orders. I made an order for 3 large nugget trays and 2 large fruit trays to be picked up this morning at 11:15 am. I prepaid online and went to the store myself. If I hadn't gone myself knowing the order my event would have been screwed.
I got there a little after 11:20 and the cashier tried to get me to pay the $352 bill at the register. I had to pull up my receipt to "prove" I had prepaid. The cashier seemed mixed up and apologized for the mistake and pushed the order through.
I then moved to the side and waited for my food. It was not ready to go so I had to wait a few minutes. Then another young lady gave me my partial order and said, "That's everything. Do you need help to your car?" Since I personally made the order I knew it seemed light. I asked to double check and sure enough I was two nugget trays short. That's 400 nuggets. The other staff was still bagging it up but there was some mix up and the young lady didn't realize it.
Luckily I was able to catch their 400 nugget shortage and attempt at the double charge. What I didnt catch was the 3 large tubs of sauce they shorted me.
Needless to say I am not happy. 3 big mistakes on a catering order that could have ended in disaster. Luckily I had a lot of ketchup packets for the nuggets since I didn't get my sauce.
Once again this review only pertains to the catering side of Chick-fil-A. I expected better service especially when spending that kind of money on...
