Smoothie King — Restaurant in Houston

I placed an order online at around 5:00 p.m. I came to the store around 5:10p.m. The guy working in there did the "we're closed" throat gesture to me. He wouldn't come to the door to even speak to me as I held my order up to the glass. This is unacceptable! Now I have no product or way of getting my money back. Online ordering shouldn't be allowed if the location is closed and store reps need to learn how to deal with customers. The 2 ladies that mostly work here are always pleasant by the way. Im very upset a out this issue!

This is the place to go! My kiddo and I go every Saturday and Sunday after gym class and the lady that works there, her name escapes me but she's a sweet Black lady, and she always has a smile for us! I think she works there alone but the service is still quick, still friendly and the smoothies are perfect! It's her energy that keeps us coming back so much that it's just our tradition after gym class. She puts the passion in the passion passport smoothie!!

We accidentally had to go to the Westheimer/Fountain View one and we will NEVER make that mistake again! Totally...

Let me preface this by saying i buy at least one Gladiotor a day but have never been to this store before. I walked in at 5:30p, no one at register. Finally, an unhapy-looking woman with heavy Urdu accent emerged from the back took my order. She did not know how to scan the paper UPC image to credit my points. I had to tell her to use my phone number because she certainly wasn't interested in solving the problem. The mixer cup I wanted to buy was $2 more expensive at this store and, lastly, the smoothie doesn't taste right. I will never...
