This 1 star review is because of the POOR customer service I received from a female by the name of Christian who was working at the drive through on Thursday October 4th at 4:47 pm.
The greeting I got from her at the drive through speaker was: “Smoothie King” I had to pause for a minute, that caught me off guard. Her tone was very rude as if I was bothering her.
I concluded my order by asking for the smoothie in an extra cup (due to the new cups, the smoothie melts extremely fast)
When I got to the window there was a guy who gave me my total and I paid.
I noticed on my receipt that I was charged $0.25 cent for the extra cup. At no point was I ever informed that I would be charged for the extra empty cup.
The guy returned to the window with the 20 ounce smoothie that I ordered and an additional smaller cup (kid size) filled with smoothie as well. I informed him that wasn’t what I asked for, I wanted an additional empty 20 ounce cup (to keep the smoothie from melting) At this point I also questioned the extra $0.25 cent I was charged. I requested to be refunded for the $0.25 cent thinking It was for the additional smoothie which I never asked for.
At this point Christian came to the window. I questioned her about the charge and handed her my receipt. She claimed It was for the empty cup. How could that be true when the guy was originally giving me 2 smoothies (one in a 20 ounce cup and one in a kid cup) I told her if that’s the case then give me the other smoothie back. She rudely replied “well give me that cup back” I declined. She threw my receipt on the ground.
This is not at all about the $0.25 cent, this is about the principle. This could have all been prevented if Christian had listened to and confirmed what I was asking for and advised me of the charge. Not to mention, with her rude attitude she has no business working with customers. I will never return to...

Then I asked to make it non dairy, had to explain that that means taking out milk, wasn’t asked for a substitute. Asked to sub pea protein for dairy whey, they just took out dairy whey and didn’t add pea protein. I asked for plastic, it came in styrofoam. So when I got it I wanted to double check that it was non dairy (since the cup kind was wrong) and the person who made it rolled her eyes at me and grabbed the receipt for me to check myself. I saw that they added no protein at all. So when I mentioned it, the lady who made it was like “well you have to talk to the person who took your order”. On this particular night I ordered it at this location, the color looked lighter than usual but I figured as long as it tasted the same it didn’t matter.
