Southern Maid Donuts — Restaurant in Houston

Normally in the morning time I love a great kolache and donut got to this place there was 10 homeless people outside asking for money went inside didn't wait very long but the kolaches were not even warm the donuts were cold it's exactly the opposite of what they should be the kolaches they put some sort of sugar glaze on the top of them which is not a kolache it was okay at best did not have a great experience with this I love to eat breakfast I'm a fat guy did not necessarily enjoy this I got the sausage egg and cheese croissant and the bacon egg and cheese kolache just to try something different both of them were buried bready don't think I would recommend this place to my friends but you make the decision on your own have had better kolaches from Shipley's and The Kolache Factory and other places Southern Maid Donuts is not going to be my next choice for breakfast kolaches for me or my friends but again you make your own decision like and follow...
