The cashier was excellent; not only because my Venti Caramel Frappe tasted Lovely! I hate that I forgot her name; and I Pray she forgives me; but her face I will never forget, her smile was so warming…I was commuting, being back Home after living the past 11.5 years in Seattle, Washington…This Woman is my Starbucks Hero because I needed to use the Ladies Room and gave me directions to the Bathroom and she kept my Frappe until I returned! Like, how many will give you Superb Customer Service and an excellent Treat to Top off your Starbucks experience? She deserves a raise and a position to teach ALL of Starbucks employees how they treat customers! And I say this to you Starbucks because I spend thousands a year on just Starbucks! And I know this because my CPA has been telling me for more than a decade that I was spending too much money at Starbucks! And I’m embarrassed to say I spend this much money on just Starbucks(not just coffee either, I eat and drink about 95% of what Starbucks sells). Read moreThis location is a no for me! I went in looking for a nice place to get some work done but was immediately turned off by the lack of customer service. Not a single person greeted me as I stood at the counter with a full staff behind the bar. Oh and may I mention there were only five other customers in the entire store besides myself. Finally, after standing at the counter for so long I contemplated walking out a very rude young lady says " you ready?!" I placed my order asking for easy ice and got at least half of my cup filled with ice. I told the barista that I asked for easy ice, she was clearly pissed but said "OK" which at that point you would've thought I asked her to run a triathlon. She poured the ice out and added more substance to my drink which in turn made it sour. Coming to this location killed my vibe. The customer service is trash and so...
Read moreThis morning's visit to Starbucks was the worst I've ever experienced. I placed an order on the app for two drinks (nothing complicated, just an iced coffee and frappe) and my husband was waiting in the store for 25 minutes! It's absolutely ridiculous that it took 30 minutes (5 min for the drive there + 25 minutes of waiting) to receive our coffee. Inside, there were two employees stocking pastries and one who was making coffee. Why it takes two people to stock pastries is beyond me. We would have left if it weren't for the fact that we had already paid through the app. So in conclusion, I was late for work and spilled frappe all over my shirt because the cup was overfilled and the lid was not on correctly. Thanks Starbucks...I will be visiting the one on Cummins/ 59...
