I’m going to give them a 3 ONLY because the food was ok the first time. There was more cheese than meat and I didn’t appreciate that (they put cheese on top and bottom & Philly don’t do that unless you ask.. ie max’s, ishkabibbles, delassandro’s… hell now even the poppi stores)..Anyway…Whomever the ā€œladyā€ was who was working yesterday 4/27 a little after 2pm was HORRIBLE!!!!! She is EXTREMELY lucky that I was not with my son yesterday!!! My son went to get 3 cheesesteaks from there. First, they apparently were out of the beef ones and ONLY had chicken. While on the FaceTime with him he tried asking the lady questions and she kept waving her finger saying ā€œno no noā€!!!! Like bih talk!!!! If you don’t know English and can’t communicate with the population at hand, perhaps this isn’t the proper setting for you. Even our poppi stores back home know how to speak to us!! Waving your finger at someone is rude as hell and being rude to a kid will get you hurt!!! Then he attempts to use the ordering machine and it’s telling him that the food won’t be ready for over an hour. There were several people out there that left pretty upset. As a Philly native born and raised 40+ years, I’m new to the area and my folks recommended them so I wanted to give them a play after all Philly supports Philly but aside from the one time I was able to get a cheesesteak from there, the other times were a bust!!! Oh and yes I called (they neverrrr answer the phone)!!! In addition, they have a system kinda like Wawa where you have to order on a screen which doesn’t make it very easy to explain if you want something changed. They’re allegedly only closed on Monday but I’ve drove there a few times and they were closed so it’s hit or miss. Not sure if I’ll be supporting this truck again or recommending them to anyone again and that’s unfortunate….. So in response: The hours posted on your IG need to be updated or food sites should be updated!! I’ve also texted the phone number and the response that I received has the same hours search that 215-380# and you will see… Secondly what makes it rude is shaking your finger at ANYONE!!!! A simple we’re closed… not open…. Adios 3:30 would’ve also sufficed!! Why wouldn’t a sign be up? If someone speaks little English and they are working alone, you don’t see the issue in that?? Furthermore, how is someone supposed to place an order with someone who doesn’t speak English šŸ˜’ The gag is the chick didn’t even TRY to communicate

I was excited to try this spot, I've been hearing about it for a while and all I can really say is DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE. I got egg rolls. Fried up and well presented I had high hopes, especially for the chicken egg rolls which looked delicious. The problem is they seem to be double or triple wrapped and coated in flour or something but they were extremely dense with a raw flour taste and the first layer of the egg roll was visibly undercooked (see pics). Personally I didn't care for the dipping sauces but the Chipotle mayo sauce (I'm guessing that's what is was) was decent. For $5 an egg roll I expected a nice crispy cheesy egg roll and It just didn't deliver. The flavor was bland and the chicken was dry. Hopefully this was just an off day, I'd give them another go but there's a lot of room for improvement here.

This was one of the best decisions that I could have made!! Starving late at night ran upon this food truck. The service was awesome and quick. The guy that helped us let us know we were at the right place while deciding what to eat. šŸ’• I ordered the chicken cheese steak hoping it would be as authentic as possible AND IT WAS!! They are from Philly so definitely know what they are doing!! The bread was soft, warm and filled with chicken cheese steak goodness. Next time getting bigger size for sure. The waffle fries and fries were crunchy and the ones with the seasoned batter on them. Mmmm This was definitely a review worthy establishment!! Mouth watering now. 🤤🤤

My husband and I were really looking forward to trying this place because of all the rave reviews. Sorry to say we were not expressed. The customer service is horrible. We first arrived at 11:39 am on Sunday because we anticipated a long line and Google posted that they opened at 11:30 am.This was not the case when we arrived we were told they were closed and said they will open at 12:30pm and he would only have chicken available. I asked about the salmon and beef he said in about 2 hours. We said we'd come back. We came back around 3:30, no long line, there was one other couple waiting. We walked up to place the order the gentleman asked cash or card we replied card and he pointed to a screen where we had to place our own order and pay, there was no hello, no nothing. We had an issue placing the order, because we wanted to get the beef cheese steak and 2 salmon egg rolls, my husband accidentally selected the chicken egg roll and couldn't figure out how to delete it. I asked for help and didn't get it we ended up ordering the chicken egg roll too. They also charge .50 for sauce( that we didn't get) We spent about 39.00 for everything. 1.50 of that for the sauce we didn't get. You put in your phone number for text when the food is ready. I got the text went to get the food and was promptly told to go to the other window where they handed me a sealed bag. No thank you for your service, no have a good day nothing. We left and drove home, opened the bag, no sauces for the egg rolls. We were not driving back for that. Tasted the salmon roll, it was very cheesy a bit overwhelming, you could taste a hint of salmon, the chicken egg roll tasted the same as the salmon. We tried the cheese steak it, good not great Jersey Mike's is better. All in all it wasn't horrible, not worth the $40 spent especially for the crappy customer service. Can't say we'll be back. If the service wasn't so horrible I might reconsider and try something else. I say the service was bad because it seemed as though they didn't care, they were just there because they had to be. They didn't even thank us for choosing them. However, I did see other food trucks that looked good, I'm probably going...

I didn’t even know this food truck existed. I just learned of the Galleria Food Truck Park and seeing all the options that were open I decided on The Philly Grill based on a quick Google search seeing their high reviews and also could tell by the long line their food would be good. The only other food truck I noticed people in line for or waiting for their food was Gourmandize.

I placed my order online. Very efficient and highly recommended because you just pick up the food when it’s ready. The estimated pick up time was accurate. I showed up one minute before the proposed pick up time on my receipt and they were literally packaging my food. I ordered the salmon cheesesteak egg roll and the mango lemonade. Both were bomb! So good I actually contemplated going back to get another one lol.

I will DEFINITELY return to try more of their menu options. I appreciate the customer service too. One of the guys saw me standing around (I was waiting until closer to my pickup time before I approached the window) and he asked me if I placed an order and directed me which...
