WOW!!! Consider me onboard the Birria bandwagon after going to Taco Fuego!!! The guy that took my order was super-helpful - he could immediately tell it was my first visit, haha! I asked for one chicken and one beef quesabirria taco to give both a fair shot. He added a beef bonus taco (probably because he knew in advance I would like it better, haha!) I loved all the flavors in these tacos - the meat is well-seasoned and wonderfully juicy, so the consume only elevates how juicy it is for both the chicken and the beef. Ultimately, I liked the beef better - it just goes better with the dip. But the chicken is still very good! In future, I'll definitely order an extra side of pickled onions, and also some jalepnos. I had a runaway pepper on the bonus taco, and it tasted amazing! Loved the brininess these pickled veggies brought to the table! The guy that took my order also recommended the dulce de leche churros which were insanely delicious! So perfectly crunchy and sweet, and that dulce de leche dip is sooo good!!! Can't wait to come back here with my friends 0 such a great spot!!!

Love Love Love Taco Fuego!! I visit their food truck often with my husband and we’re addicted. Each and every time without fail their tacos are always fresh, piping hot and bursting with flavor. I’ve tried other halal taco food trucks but this one is miles ahead of the competition. Tiny details matter, I love the way they slice the jalapeño, it’s fresh crunchy and blends perfectly with all the other textures. None of that tinned crap or massive round chunks. Customer service is awesome! Staff are very friendly and you never have to wait too long. My favs: 1. Texan Taco 2. Birria Taco 3. Baja Shrimp Taco 4. Consume is fire 🔥 The pics I’ve attached is from their Instagram page because my camera isn’t great, we end up polishing off the tacos in our car and the pics I have don’t do justice to their food. Their tacos are beyond awesome! One of my favorite places in Houston, TX hands down. Keep up the good work. I hope you open one in Sugar Land as well.

The guys here are super nice! If you’re undecided on what to get they’ll even make some suggestions for you! I tried the quesabirria de res and a chicken one. OMG they’re both amazing so if you get either or, you’re not missing out! They give you a little cup that looks like a soup to dip the tacos in and it just adds even more flavor (and the tacos are super flavorful as is). They’ve also got something if you’re craving some sweets. I tried their churros and even though I drove across town to get home after I got the food, they were still delicious by the time I finally was able to eat them. They’re super conveniently located at the new Westheimer location...a bit too convenient for me to stop by after work! I’ll definitely be back and try out more things in the menu! I highly recommend their food!

Taco Fuego Food Truck is an absolute gem for anyone seeking a delightful culinary adventure. From the moment you step up to the truck, the enticing aromas of sizzling meats and freshly prepared ingredients draw you in. The menu is a tantalizing fusion of flavors that caters to both traditionalists and those seeking a modern twist on classic tacos.

The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the impeccable quality of the ingredients. The meats were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, resulting in a burst of flavor with every bite. The variety of toppings and salsas offered allowed me to customize my tacos to my heart’s content, ensuring a unique and satisfying experience.

The staff at Taco Fuego were not only friendly and welcoming, but they also demonstrated a genuine passion for their craft. Their recommendations and willingness to accommodate special requests added a personal touch to my dining experience.

While the food itself is undoubtedly the star of the show, the cozy and vibrant atmosphere around the food truck added to the overall enjoyment. Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or enjoying an evening out, Taco Fuego’s inviting ambiance makes it a perfect spot to satisfy your taco cravings.

In summary, Taco Fuego Food Truck delivers a memorable dining experience through its delectable offerings, friendly staff, and inviting atmosphere. If you’re a taco enthusiast or simply looking for a delicious meal on wheels, Taco Fuego...

I've been seeing the hype around this place on Instagram, and started following them on Instagram and have been determined to go ever since.

The line is quite long, and it takes a while for the food to come out, because it is a taco truck and they make the food fresh order. These would be my only gripes come because the food is absolutely delicious.

We got the tacos with the beef and the chicken... I prefer the beef ones, the dip just takes it over the top. My man loves to have loaded fries, so we got those and it was a generous portion, the whole white size takeout container size. I was not planning on getting drinks, but the limeade, the pomegranate and watermelon drink are absolutely delicious, and a compliment the flavours of the tacos very well. Definitely get those!! I am happy that the tacos were not super spicy because my spice tolerance is quite low, but again the dip has a great flavour to it, and We were able to enjoy our tacos in the car.

They were put of a couple of the things I wanted, like the flautas, even though we were there early in the evening, but that just shows how they are popular and run out fast. Make sure that you ask for silverware and napkins, because they won't automatically give it to you, and I like to eat loaded fries with a fork so they were a necessity. Overall I would go here again but just be sure that you have enough time since the lines are long, as is the wait time, but it...

Not gonna lie I have been coming here. A lot and truly actually loved this place. Coming from California you don’t find many places that seem authentic. And with the steak meat that they were using, it just seemed perfect for me. But I started noticing that they would close early. Cancel my orders on DoorDash then It got to a point where they started serving me different meat like the meat that comes in birria Tacos(brisket like meat🤮). And to some people that’s OK but to me that’s not because in Texas that’s ALL they serve here and that’s what really has made me hate the taco trucks out here and what I thought differentiated this taco truck from them all because they where using real steak that was similar to carne Asada. Which was also why I had no problem paying the amount for these tacos I get mini tacos by the way….. so paying almost 4 dollars for a taco that I would normally get for a dollar is the reason why I’m writing this bad review. You guys had a loyal customer and now you don’t I told numerous of people about you guys and I will revert back to telling them that you are now just like every taco truck in Houston. Not to mention they don’t have a working number so when my order is incorrect or when I’m trying to verify they’re open I never have that ability. But they want you to pay almost $30 dollars for 5 tacos....
