Taco Bell — Restaurant in Houston

I would say this Taco Bell is terrible but it’s not. It’s the people that work there. Every single time my husband and I go to this Taco Bell there is always a issue with them, they have a attitude constantly and I’m always nice when I go up there but the employees act like they hate their job or something I really don’t know. My husband and I just did Uber eats. Well my husband ordered us Uber eats they forgot our drink “Baja blast” we called up there to see if they could send someone else out to bring us the drink because the Uber lady left our order at the door so we didn’t catch her on time a young girl picked up and we told her we have not received our full order the young lady said we don’t do that with an attitude and blamed it on Uber eats but Uber eats drop off what the restaurant give to them. For a better customer experience she should have rectify or offer a solution she did not I am very understanding But the fact she had an attitude about it was uncalled for. My husband and I will not be spending money at this location anymore I don’t care if it’s 3 minutes away from me these constant situations let me know that there is poor management operating that location. My husband loves Taco Bell so he goes there all the time I will make sure he does not spend another dollar at this location. It’s frustrating that every time we come to this specific location there is always an issue so I have a build up of irritation with this...

This place is being ridiculous.

About an two or three weeks ago, My sister and I decided to order Taco Bell and use Uber Eats to deliver our food.

The first Uber driver went to our restaurant and then canceled the order, the second Uber driver is a very nice lady.

She went to the location and she waited for 30 minutes until someone told her that someone took the order, and on top of that, they were very rude to her!

They ended up remaking our order but left out several things, I didn’t get my Cheesy Rolls Ups and my sister didn’t get her Cinnamon Delights. They also didn’t make the food we received correctly.

The Uber driver apologized to us and brought the food, my sister give her eight dollars tip but I wish we had more money to give it to her for all the trouble.

I shouldn’t have been surprised that they were being rude to her because I was helping my dad out on Uber Eats and I went inside of the Taco Bell.

One of the workers gave me the food and I showed her my phone to show that I confirm my order, the lady just had the meanest glare that I ever seen and just pointed my order.

All I did was show that I confirm my order.

Honestly, this place needs to work on their attitude and I don’t think my sister and I can order this...

I swear, I try not to eat fast food often because it's horrible for you and my blood pressure is tryin to kill me. My relationship with Taco Bell is very Brokeback Mountain when Jake Gyllenhaal lovingly looks at Heath Ledger with tears welling in his eyes and is like, "I wish I knew how to quit you." I digress, Taco Bell is cheap, and I can feed my mama and me for like $10. College poverty makes that a real attractive feature when dining out. Now the most important part: it's just this Taco Bell. Sure the food is more or less the same everywhere, but this Taco Bell? The ladies working behind the counter are always cool as hell. They're fun. Even when dealing with probably 9000 jerks a day, they always seem in a good mood. It actually makes me want to go in and have a human interaction instead of going through a drive through. Anyway, keep it up Taco Bell ladies. And tell corporate to bring back the caramel...
