I went Yesterday in the morning to buy Some food here so I ordered it on line so it had a time it was be ready to pick up so I was there a few minutes before so I went through the drive through they say it’s not ready come inside so one I didn’t want to to go inside that why I ordered it on line you know so I go inside they ask me the name they say another few minutes for the wedges so I say do I get a free side for making me wait she said no I said that’s why I ordered it on line so I didn’t have to wait I was upset so got my Food to take to my Hard working Husband he is a Truck Driver so we open our food I got him a Two piece white meat so he opens his box I expected a huge piece of breast chicken 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️it was the size of a Drumstick and the wing was half its size it looked like a Meal for a child I got more upset This company was one of the best Chicken companies in the 80’90 now in the 20th century no more They over price their chicken for less food that is sad so they brought back one of my favorites the HOT WINGS So I open my meal and I was like what the heck my tiny hot wings Bone in where almost Burnt to a crisp I was so far from upset I didn’t take pictures to post my anger got the best of me My Husband was Upset as well So It’s not Worth the price we paid for the portion and size and quality of the food I would not even give them a 1 star but I had to so I Can Put my Opinion I will not eat No Kentucky God Bless America...
Read moreI was told the food was okay. The service my dad received two weeks ago was horrible. Let me not forget to mention this has happened twice. (SMH) The KFC team at 3130 FM 1960, Humble, TX 77338 decided to give him 8 pieces of chicken instead of the 12 pieces ordered. We spoke with a Hispanic dude who was the manager on-site at the time. His appearance was really nasty looking which turned me off from the food all together but my dad had just drove a while to get KFC for my mom. When we got home, the kids ate first which left my mom without. The manager offered to give us the four pieces of chicken because after all, our meal was only short four pieces of chicken. I explained to him the inconvenience of driving back to their store and he seemed to not care. He did not let up on giving out anything extra for the inconvenience. I asked for the store's area manager contact in formation and I reached out but she did not answer nor call back. Her name is Crystal, if you are ever having an issue with this store. Read moreHorrible food. The chicken was dry and WAY overcooked. The French fries were saturated in oil and cold. The biscuit was hard as a rock and dry.
This whole meal was terrible and not edible. I might as well have thrown my $10 out the window. I am very disappointed. The cashier was ok, but did not give me a receipt for my purchase. I wonder if that was to prevent me from contacting management, or proving I made a purchase.
This was so disappointing as now I have wasted $10 and still have to cook dinner since this food went in the trash. I didn't even feed it to my dogs, it was that bad. The manager should have never allowed this food to leave the restaurant, except in the trash as waste.
Don't waste your time or money here. Go get your food where the employees take pride in their work and the manager demands quality food to be served. I should have known better as the parking lot was full of trash and the restaurant looks rundown. I won't make that mistake again. I deserve my money back and an apology from the manager.
