So I have been a customer for the past 8 years or more that I can recall and never experienced anything ,but great service until management was changed and now a Manager name Kiera young lady with lack of experience to take care of her customers I would say is now taken over this location my visits here have been a nightmare . But just recently what stood out the most has been my most recent visit this week on Tuesday 3/10 around 6-7 pm I have been to so many fast food restaurants used drive thru plenty of times , so for the first time I was actually using the drive thru here because I enjoy coming in and dining in and theirs no line at all I’m the only one that day in drive thru was slow maybe three cars in the parking lot and it was raining terribly and I decided to use the drive thru due to the weather I open my window wait about two minutes and said hello multiple times in the intercom decide to drive to the window and get their and just to get told to return back to the intercom that clearly no one answered to place my order I ask for management and she restated the same thing after I mentioned I waited and no one responded and that manager Kiera had no customer service to wards couldn’t even make eye contact with me I still gave her minute to rethink the whole thing all I never have encounter such terrible situation that both cashier and her refuse to take my order I wasn’t asking for Anything for free literally no line at all and they refuse to take my order ... I’m very disappointed at the cashier and management their ..never going to that location again ! Read moreI eat here at least twice a week. I never go on Tuesday because the chicken is on sale and don’t change the oil enough. I guess they are trying to produce more chicken without stopping. This particular Popeyes has been giving horrible service. You order items they fail to put them in your bag. They get mad when you check your items at the window. But if they would fulfill your order on a regular basis you wouldn’t have to. I have been getting refried chicken, undercooked chicken breast, sour red beans, and dont start me on the wings. I decided to take a photo of the wings this time. Why would you serve this? You hate to go back because they have such bad attitudes when they actually made the mistakes. They make you stand there like they are doing you a favor. They have 10000 pieces of chicken behind them but act like they had to have it shipped for overseas. They have a conversation about you while your standing there. Then they just sit your bag on the counter let come and get it. They never tell you sorry for the mistake or your order is ready. I used to go to this location despite the ongoing mistakes because the customer service was still great. But now they don’t even give you that. Why Popeyes? Why? Read moreI have tried to obtain a telephone number to contact district management for this restaurant and have not been provided with one after two attempts. On Oct. 18, I went inside to order about 7:30 p.m. The drive-in line was long and there were at least 5 people ahead of me inside waiting on orders. I waited for about 10 minutes to place my order while the cashier went to help prepare food--not fill orders but actually getting out beans and rice to be served. When she came to the counter, I tried to order as I have previously: 3 spicy tenders, red beans and rice, biscuit--no drink. The young lady and another woman told me that was not on the menu. They said they had tenders only or the combo with the drink. I have been ordering this way for years at every Popeye's including this one until this night. This was the most disorganized, unfriendly experience ever at this Popeye's which is notoriously poor in serving customers quickly. I do not plan to return since this visit leaves me convinced that unless they fire everyone and bring in new management, it is not an experience to try again.
