Too Stuffed Kitchen (Food Truck) — Restaurant in Houston

Went on a Sunday. Once we ordered they said to return in 20 min. They didn’t have a texting service or anything. They said to just ask for the name that the order was under. We returned at the 20 minute mark and still waited an additional 15 minutes. I ordered the salmon, creamy crawfish, lamb chops and Mac and cheese. I was very excited to try the Mac and cheese just to be disappointed with an unseasoned mess. The salmon was okay. Lamb chops were probably the winner of it. Very well cooked and seasoned. I waited 3 and a half weeks to come here because they were sold out every week. They were more than worth it, I’d wait another 3 to eat it again.

From the way the food was seasoned and prepared, I was surprised with the quality. The only area I’d recommend a focus on is the Mac&cheese. I know someone who drove from an hour away to enjoy the food and they felt the same as I did.
