This HomeGoods store is always clean, well-stocked, and the employees are very friendly. My biggest issue is that at any given day or time I frequent this location, there are associates everywhere on the floor. Today, I went in looking for fall decor, and I counted 5 associates in one tiny section of the store organizing shelves. There was absolutely no room to even walk around and look. Two more employees were standing in one of the kitchen aisles catching up with one another for over 20 minutes, while I continued to wait to look at placemats because they were blocking the shelves. It was overwhelming and all I wanted to do was leave. HomeGoods is already difficult to navigate with the narrow aisles and displays of items. They need to find a better time of day to stock products; perhaps in the evening or morning before patrons are allowed...

Read moreI love this store but I feel heart broken every time I go in there— there’s a manager or some sort of team leader (short brunette girl with a loud voice) who ridicules the work of obviously new employees every time I’m there. I’ve heard her on more than one occasion criticizing two different employees who were older women and visibly trying to learn and do their best to organize and stock shelves. All she does is tell them that what they did looks bad and nothing is right. I’ve literally found myself standing there with my mouth open. Managers should not be doing that in front of...
