This chipotle specifically has never been fantastic. My husband and I won’t even order for pick up or delivery anymore because we get ripped off every time so we always go in to watch them make our food now. The last two times I went in, I happened to witness a member of the staff yelling at the customers because they were upset with the service and said something about.
The first time, I didn’t see what all had happened before I walked in, but a customer was checking out and she was unhappy with what had happened, so she made a comment something like “all of the staff has an attitude tonight.” And this set the lady working the line off, she talked about the customer the entire time I was ordering after she already left, to everyone standing in line and to the rest of the staff, loud enough for everyone to hear. The worker was so upset she wasn’t getting anyone else’s orders ready. She acted annoyed because I ordered two sides of chips and guac with an extra side. She refused to get my chip’s sides and the lady at the register ended up doing it for her. Side note: the guac was brown and disgusting but there was zero percent chance I was going to bring that up with the behavior I was already witnessing.
The next time I went in, the same woman was working the line and they were out of a lot of ingredients and other things, like chips, as well. While standing in line, the guy in front of me made a comment to the same woman working as last time because of how she was treating everyone. All he said was something along the lines of “she needed to calm down because she was being aggressive” and it set her off again. Her response to him was “you don’t have to eat here. You can leave” she kicked him out, and when he asked for her name she refused to give it to him then told him bye. So the whole time ordering my food again, I felt extremely uncomfortable because I don’t want to be the next person this woman tells off while ordering chipotle.

Read moreThis is my 3rd time coming to this location and each time has been the same situation. I want to start by saying the food is always fresh and the service is always fast with that being said, there is an older heavyset African-American man with glasses, that each time I have come I have had to ask him to change his gloves after handling money. This man immediately after dealing with the cash register always comes back and uses the same gloves for the food. The first time I said something to him politely, and he immediately got irritated and started speaking aggressively. I said something to the manager and she said she would address it. My second visit was the same situation I had to say something about him handling the money and trying to come over and continue making food. Today was the same situation only this time he tried to argue back and forth with me. I ignored him and he continued to tried and spark and argument until finally he yelled to the back and an African-American young lady came from making food and cash me out. She also had a gloves. I didn’t stay around to see if she would go back and finish prepping food with the same gloves. At this point I’m convinced this whole location needs a class on Sanitation.because someone WILL get sick! Please educate your employees. This is a great location and the only one in this area it would be a shame to lose business, because the employees aren’t properly trained in hygiene and get verbally aggressive when asked to do so....
Read moreWe've ordered online and have done in-store pick up several times in the past with no issues.. However the past 3 times we've ordered online we've had a different order in our bag. Seems odd because they put the name on the food and the bag, seems like it would be rare for this to happen.. We live about 15min away so we've just used the app to recieve refunds.. This time we caught it on the way home so turned around to exchange it. The cashier told me I'd have to get in line and reorder, which makes sense and I was fine with. But I still wanted to speak to the manager, not to complain but just wanted this issue to be brought to their attention because it seems like an easy fix... The manager clearly didn't care, just said "okay, reorder your food" then went back to socializing. I understand the staff is young but I felt like I was interrupting their recess when trying to order.. They were just talking and laughing while I was patiently waited for anybody to take notice. Then I almost felt bad for ordering because they looked so upset that they had to do some work between play. I had a 4 person order and ordered 2 things then lost their attention to a customer they must have known who had just walked in, which the entire staff started having a conversation with... on top of the bad service, they didn't have beans and the rice was extremely undercooked. I don't think we will be returning for a while, which I'm sure the staff would be happy to hear they will have...
