My 15y/o son and I went to grab some coffee after his doctors appointment (he's on the caffeine treatment for ADHD, it's fiiiiine). We were promptly greeted by a very warm and friendly... person, that's what we're going with these days, right, just person? Yeah, person. They...👀, see I can do it, weren't pushy about anything, but my son asked what they recommended and was told about the white chocolate iced coffee. He agreed it sounded nice, but opted to frappe the thing, because that's what we do, and I went with my usual white chocolate, vanilla, & a hint of hazelnut, blonde 6 shot frappe, shaken, not stirred, just like Bond. We grabbed some new accessories (cups), a cold brewer I'd been eyeing, and just a couple (12) birthday cake flavor cake pops, half of which were mine all mine... with which I'll expand my waistline. It took maybe a few minutes, as the drive through WAS kind of busy, and then our order was up. My son loved his drink at first sip, mine only needed a tiny bit of extra primping in the form of 3 more pumps from the old vanilla bottle, and mama was a happy camper, well, no camping was happening, but with the energy I got from that drink, I could have hiked up a mountain, maybe, on a good day, if my knees let me, and I wasn't overly fatigued from the day before... and lazy. All in all not bad. A little empty feeling inside, like, it could use some plants and a bit of warmth in the way of decor, and there were boxes in the lobby area, which, I get, but still, as someone who's managed many a store, that's a no no to just let them sit there. Either do the thing, or put them behind the counter somewhere. Other than that, though, quite nice, and no squabbling over me needing my extra shots of vanilla, which was nice. Not having them say "that'll be. 75 cents" over a flavor shot made the experience a good one, which made my day almost pleasant. I may have actually cracked a bit of a smile! I know, scary!

The staff is usually friendly and helpful. I hate that they run out of blonde / light roast coffee so early though. I work a second/third shift most nights and it seems if I don’t get there before 12-1pm, they tell me that the blonde roast is gone and they aren’t making anymore. One time, the lady I spoke with at the speaker was really nice about it and offered to make “kind of an Americana” and it was pretty decent actually but after that, I’ve tried ordering an Americana when they didn’t have blonde roast and it was disgusting to me so I have no idea how or what she made that first day that was good, but it def wasn’t a regular Americana. I typically get a venti blonde roast and ask for a few ice cubes in it, just so I can drink it without melting my face off. And I hate darker roast coffees that leave a foul taste in my mouth and color my teeth brown. I guess I just wish they’d keep the light roast going later in the day. Also, this location is almost always PACKED and the drive thru line is always wrapped around the building. Even if they are working fast as lightening, I’d expect to wait at least 10-15 in line if you plan on visiting.

We normally don't go to Starbucks but my friend had a gift card. We saw a pineapple coconut green smoothie listed on line as one the top sellers. We pulled up and asked for two, and she said no they don't have that here. Turns out they don't sell any smoothies. (The girl that took our order and served us was very sweet.) So we ordered two small caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccinos (pretty sure that's the name of it) and they were very good! Loved the crunchies on top. Pricey, yep. But if you're a Starbucks goer then I would recommend trying this one. Yum.

Replace the current rude manager and watch this place flourish! Reading reviews, I apparently I’m not the only one who thinks this. I have pulled back on going to Starbucks because of the rising cost and inaccurate drink orders. Ironically, I was sent a “comeback coupon “ If overtime Starbucks notices you not using their app and they will send you a coupon for buy one get one free. My daughter and I went into this location and ordered two large drinks. The barista was very nice, but you could tell she was newer. She was unsure of how to use the coupon. She asked the manager how to process it. The manager snapped back that today was Friday and that the coupon was for the Thursday buy one get one free was yesterday. I showed her the app and explained to her that it was not that coupon. She told the barista she she wasn’t sure gave her to directions to try one other thing and she said “ if that doesn’t work, they just can’t use it.” If Starbucks is going to send These coupons, then the staff and at the very least the manager should at least know how to use them. They simply had to scan my phone. Not only did we wait about 20 minutes to have our drinks made, which wasn’t a big deal, but considering how we were treated at this point wasn’t great either. She called out our drink order, and I noticed right away one drink was a large and one drink was a small. Now, why would I order a large and a small when I was getting a free drink?!? I nicely said I’m sorry but we ordered two large drinks. The very rude manager said well the order says small, so if you want it remade that’s fine but I will have to charge you for it. I said that’s fine, but it’s a buy one get one free so I don’t know how you want to handle that. She did remake the drink. It was an ice chai for the record, so it wasn’t like it took a lengthy amount of time. Now we had three drinks sitting there. Typically, if a drink has made wrong, Starbucks will give you the drink that was made wrong because they are just going to throw it away. She left the drink sitting there, so my daughter picked it up and the manager said oh no, wrong orders cannot be taken! At this point, I felt like that was the least they could have done after now spending 30 minutes waiting on two cold drinks. The barista, who took our order, apologized quietly to me, which led me to believe that it’s probably not a very nice work environment. The fact that we were given this coupon to come back and then treated so poorly was probably not what corporate was hoping for. Needless to say, we won’t be back. This location has struggled since they opened. Again, look...

I probably won't be back to this location. The manager is very rude and has an attitude everytime I go to this location. During Christmas and New Years i ordered a ham and swiss croissant and asked for it not to be warmed. She claimed for food safety reasons it had to be served warm .it's not like it has eggs or anything on it and I've ordered the samething at other locations and even at this location and it wasn't an issue. However, they always have food that is expired or getting ready to expire in the case such as sandwiches and the cheese and crackers..Then a few weeks later when Starbucks had the buy a drink get a free short hot chocolate. I ordered my drink and ordered the free hot chocolate at the sametime. I got the drink i paid for and was waiting for the hot chocolate for a while when i asked for it she said you already have your drink. I told her it was the hot drink I paid for not the hot chocolate. She made the hot chocolate and slammed it down. Today which is the last draw, I ordered two drinks for the BOGO. I told the cashier my drinks were BOGO and she said only if I had the app which I do but the ladies in front of me (not the same ethicity as myself) she told them before they ordered the drink. I just sort of overlooked because of others I need to worry about. I got my first drink within about 5 min. My second drink took about another 10 to 15 min before I asked where it was. The manager said "O here it is she put it on the wrong side" with a nasty attitude and smirk on her face which I know she purposely had the other employee do it. So i asked how long was the drink sitting. She claimed only a few mintues which was a lie. How did she know that quick that she made the drink a few minutes ago after i ironically asked about my drink. I put my drinks in the car and went back in the store and asked to speak to the manager. She said she was the manager. So I told her I didn't want to talk to her because of her attitude everytime I come in the store and asked to speak to her manager she said she was the manager . So I asked to speak to her boss everyone has a boss. She said I can give you her name but not the number. Well how hard is it to find a number to a store. So I told her don't worry about it that I'll contact corporate office on her not on the young lady who made the drink. DO NOT GO TO...
